Fusion Electrical recently completed a full electrical survey and upgraded the consumer unit in our home. From start to finish, their professionalism was impressive. Both the on-site electricians and the office team were highly efficient and well organised. The quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups were all handled seamlessly. I was kept informed at every stage, from the initial enquiry to receiving the final, thorough documentation. James even took the time to explain the details, which gave me complete confidence that everything was done to spec. I’m thoroughly impressed and would happily use Fusion Electrical again.

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Had some work done today by Ahmed & his aprentice & from the moment they arrived at my door on time as stated with a friendly Hello nice to meet you I knew I'd made the right choice. Extremely polite, professional taking pride in there work & respecting your home even cleaning up afterwards. If your happy they are happy. Cannot recommend Anthony and his team enough. Variety of jobs in our new home, from installing new light fittings to changing sockets, and running power to an outside summer house. Everything done efficiently, minimum of fuss and at a very fair price. Very responsive, quick to quote and explain options to us and schedule in the works. So rare to find someone so good at communicating as well as doing the works to such a high standard! Very happy we found them (through Wigan Good Trader scheme) and will have no hesitation in asking them for all our electrical needs and recommending to everyone. Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication, clear pricing and very friendly. Antony came to quote us for a few little jobs, turned up when he said he would, sent the quote through a couple of days later along with availability. We booked in and he told us to expect Harry. Harry arrived on time and was polite and friendly. He completed all the jobs and tidied up after himself. We are really happy with the service from Fastpoint. I recently moved into a new house where unfortunately the fuse box tripped and then damaged all the electric sockets in my house which meant I had no power coming out from my sockets The guys came out and were so professional and highly efficient. They did not leave my house until they fixed the problem that day and also as there was another issue with my heating, they came back the very next day to also fix that. I have been very impressed with all of their work, they have provided me with 5 star excellent customer service. I will be highly recommended them to all my family and friends :)
