Needed my fridge freezer unplugging as it was hardwired so happened to find NorthTech on Google. Will definitely save the number and use them again for any future electrical work needed. Came at short notice it install my new electric oven, as my old one had stopped working. Polite and professional , even identified and fixed my cooker socket that had been wired incorrectly. The electrics kept tripping and I didn't know why. I called JD Electrics and spoke to Jim mid morning. By 4 o'clock the same day Jim had been, found the fault and got it sorted. Excellent service, fast, honest and knowlegable. He even rang me that night to check everything was OK (which it was). I would thoroughly recommend.

From start to finish, Jim and the team communicated well and listened to all my concerns. The job was clean, efficient and was done in a timely manner. I’d thoroughly recommend JD electrics.

Jim and his team installed a new extractor fan in our bathroom. It was a neat, clean and fuss-free process for a great price. They even worked around faulty hardware to give us a working solution, before returning to fit a replacement, with no extra charge. 100% reccomended.

Ashley fitted 11 solar panels and a 6kWh battery to our house in Prestwich, along with lots of smaller jobs like a "Positive Input Ventilation" system, outdoor lighting, extraction fans, and loads more. Every job was completed with total professionalism and fair prices with the area left clean and tidy. I recommend Ashley any time someone asks for an electrician, and especially if they're interested in generating solar power at home! In summer we now generate more electricity than we can use, and so we sell the excess back to our supplier which offsets our gas bills - very cool.

Ashley came out at short notice to do a electrical safety check on my new property. He put in a bathroom extractor fan and has also fitted new light fittings and plug sockets throughout. Absolutely brilliant job, cannot recommend enough!

Ashley fitted an EV charger for me and provided lots of brilliant advice prior to doing so, as I was clueless on the whole thing. His advice even allowed me to keep costs down and his prices were the best quotes I had, with nothing reduced on the quality of his work. An extremely tidy, friendly and reliable tradesman who will not rip you off! All quotes and works were completed within days of contacting him - highly recomend!
