We contacted the company on Monday, and by Wednesday we had a new boiler. Excellent, efficient and value for money service. All staff were polite and did exactly what they said they would do, all turning up at the promised time. Office staff are very helpful and efficient.

Came across A Mellor out of necessity when my boiler broke on Xmas day in 2020. They replaced radiators and my boiler quickly and for a reasonable price. They've been servicing my boiler every year since and have always been friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and great at communicating.. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

I contacted Alex after I had an emergency leak and he came round as soon as possible. He managed to fix the issue and then later on the day after something went wrong with my dishwasher he then came back around in his own time to help me fix that. Absolutely fabulous service. Alex came around the same day I called him and fixed our leaky shower, cleaned up after himself and took away all the rubbish! Fantastic!

Alex attended our property and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a fair quote to fix the issues. He did a great job and explained everything, we would have him back to do any future work!

Wanted a new mixer tap fitted in my kitchen which I had previously purchased. I rang on Monday and a young man called Kane (hope I spelled it right) came promptly on Tuesday. He was quick, tidy and efficient and did a great job for a reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Cannot thank these guys highly enough. Plumbline have done a couple of jobs for me now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are in the truest sence professionals who are polite and happy to explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. It can be stressful having tradespeople in but these guys with I had great service, a quality job at a reasonable price which is all you can ask for really.
