Liam was brilliant fixing our boiler. Very knowledgeable and his work is exceptional. He has since fitted a Hive system and a separate pump so we can control the heat around our house more easily and efficiently. We would highly recommend Liam.
I called Bee Warm as our existing boiler was leaking. Liam came out and gave me the options of fixing my old boiler or replacing. The price options were given with clear quotes including all labour and parts etc. We opted for a new boiler as ours was about 15 years old. Appointment was booked. Engineer Declan arrived as scheduled. Work was done carefully and diligently. It took him a few hours longer than originally thought but he percevered. Area was left clean and tidy. All rubbish was removed. Boiler very easy to use. Has a smart hub. Set up the App again a doddle to use.
As an added thought. This firm was not at all pushy towards a new boiler. They did not charge me for original call out. I would have been charged if I chose to go elsewhere which is more than fair.
Got a ten year warranty with new boiler as long as its regularly serviced.
I would not hesitate in using these lads again their a credit to their firm.
We chose Bee Warm following a family recommendation. Declan was a professional and friendly engineer. He talked us through the problems that he faced and his work was excellent. We would not hesitate to have Bee Warm back to complete more work and will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Absolutely speechless. Contacted on Sunday after British Gas broke my boiler and he had a new one installed for me on Friday! 10 year warranty and an amazing price. Could recommend to anyone.
