When it rained, my old pump would frequently leak. I called the firm to upgrade the pump because I was worried that my old one wouldn't work in the event of a power outage. Using pictures of my outdated, simple pump and the measurements of my previously existing, extremely deep and narrow pit, the firm was able to determine what I needed. He was even able to conceal the backup battery in an already-existing cabinet and suggested an excellent device with backup power that would fit. I'd hire the business once more if I needed plumbing work done in the future.

I don’t make a habit of leaving reviews for goods and services received, unless of course the experience was outstanding. Furse choice plumbing beat my other quotes hands down. Also, surprisingly, they could undertake the works I required within the coming week. On the day, a very professional looking gent arrived at my house bright and early and proceeded to discuss the work to be done, made valid suggestions and talked me through what would happen in my house over the next 2 days. This pleased me immensely, rather than just arriving and cracking on leaving us guessing time frames etc. This was important to me as my partner and I could plan meal times, showers etc. The work consisted of a replacement boiler, wireless thermostat, fitment of a tall (and very heavy) radiator, and the relocation of two radiators to elsewhere in the house. The work was carried out swiftly with minimum disruption, all work areas and walkways were protected and kept clean. As the job drew to an end everything including paperwork was explained and highlighted. I received an e-mail the next morning with all guarantee and service obligations attached. Overall it was the best interaction with a tradesperson I have had in many years. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs. The chap who carried out my works was named Matthew, he was a very polite and knowledgeable young man. He worked efficiently with top levels of cleanliness which was important for me. Give this small business a try, You won’t regret it.

I had an amazing experience with this company! Firstly my husband vetted several firms for a new boiler in our home. My husband felt Matthew really knew his stuff when he visited to provide a quote and additionally, he was most reasonable with the quote he provided back so it made sense to go with him. Then my parents needed a new boiler which meant an overhaul of taking out a single heating system and replacing with a combi boiler. He gave us options and explored the easiest way to do it. This was in the middle of winter and my mum and dad were without any heating. He communicated with us and really took on board the needs of my parents who are elderly and vulnerable. I can honestly say I am blown away at the service Matthew provided. He’s a really lovely guy and went above and beyond. He is very conscientious in his work, tidy and thorough. You can tell he loves his job and wants to do the best for his customers. He also helped source other tradesmen for things he spotted they also needed doing which were on my to do list, as well as project managing the new installation to perfection. Without a doubt I would recommend Matthew’s company- an excellent service and all-round lovely guy!

Rob and Dan came to fit my new ideal boiler and hive thermostat today. The job was to remove the old boiler and replace it with a new one in a new location. Both the guys are extremely professional. The install is amazing we couldn’t be happier with it. They are super easy to get on with and made the whole process very easy with very little disruption. The job was booked in good time and we were very happy with the competitive price and their advice on products was spot on. I have used this company for many years and have complete trust that they will resolve any plumbing issues I have. I have had fires serviced, showers installed, taps replaced, a new boiler fitted and I would not ask anyone else but them to complete my annual heating service. All this is done with courtesy, tidiness and expert knowledge from John and Simon. We'd definitely recommend Lewis. We needed a new boiler and some work done to the existing radiators - he came and spent time with us discussing what options would work best for us - no pressure, and in fact he suggested more economical ways of doing things. The quote was very fair, he came when he said he would, left our flat immaculate (you really wouldn't have known they'd been) and made sure we knew how to work everything. I had an amazing experience with Green Vision. Lewis, the engineer, was fantastic. When I had my boiler serviced, Lewis made the whole process a breeze. Not only did they fix the boiler, but they also installed a wireless heating controller. Lewis showed me how to use the new controller and even set it up to my preferences.
