I was recommended Lacey Plumbing & Heating Ltd by a friend and I'm so happy I decided to ask them to relocate and fit my new boiler. It has been a pleasure from start to finish to deal with this company. From the initial contact with Rebecca, the consultation with Mike and the installation by Baz and Louie, I felt confident that I had an experienced; professional team looking after me. They protected my carpet from dirt and debris and took every last bit of my old system and the packaging from the new one away with them. These guys were recommended to me and I can see why. They helped me through the whole process and helped me choose the right package for me and my home.I had a few quotes for boilers and Laceys were the cheapest by a few hundred and the customer service just made it clear that they had to fit my boiler. Great price and fantastic customer service with a quick turn around. I promise you won't look back.

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Steve came out very quickly after our bath sprung a leak and was able to complete the work despite our bathroom being designed by an idiot (previous owner) and it being hard to access under the bath! The price was really reasonable and he explained everything he did which was reassuring. I would definitely recommend him and use him again - but hopefully I won't need to. I needed the kitchen tap replaced and install a new toilet. Also needed the boiler serviced and cap off the gas fireplace. Marc did a perfect job. Patiently answered all queries and left everything clean and tidy. The work was completed for a good price. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I can highly recommend Mark, his work and effort are excellent. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. Mark has done many jobs for me, as I install kitchens. He will go the more difficult route for him to get the best result for the customer. He is very approachable and friendly. This guy is a legend! Just had a new Baxi combi boiler fitted by Mark & to say I’m happy is an understatement ! Took a chance going off google reviews . At every stage I have been impressed …. Initial contact , arrived promptly ( early ) to quote , fantastic communication , flexible on finding a fitting date & arrived on that date ..work carried out clean & neat , covering my stair carpet with no prompting & protecting my bathroom sink . The boiler space is quite a challenge in a tight fitting cupboard but Mark managed this and cleanly did the outside brick work too . All was cleaned up well . He explained the working of the boiler & warranty etc . A very competing price & I would not hesitate to use Mark’s reliable service again . Beyond the call of duty , he also picked up my second hand purchase of a patio table which I couldn’t fit in my car , and placed it in my garden for me . A thoroughly lovely human being .

I contacted Rick about replacing a shower cubicle for a bath. He called out priced up and fitted the bath within a week. Very happy with the work that was carried out excellent service and would highly recommend.

Rick was helpful right from the start when my old boiler broke.. He was very prompt in getting back to me and in calling round to assess the situation. He gave me honest and informed advice and put me at ease. I needed a replacement boiler and Rick quoted me a really good price and also arranged his schedule to fit it ASAP as I had no hot water etc. Rick and Lewis did an excellent job and had me back up and running in a couple of days. Dan has done two big jobs for us - kitchen and living room with new ceilings in both cases and extensive electrical and plumbing work. Dan and Kieran are polite and respectful and kept us informed about progress throughout the project. Dan was also very flexible when we wanted to add a few elements to the work as it went along. We would highly recommend their services.

Elmm construction recently fitted a galley kitchen for us on one of the tree roads in Hale. Dan visited and gave us great advice on how to make great use of the space available, their quote was also the best that we received. The work was undertaken to time and budget and we were absolutely thrilled with the finish. Will now be getting the team to work on a new bathroom for us.

Elmm Construction completed a double storey to the side and rear kitchen extension in Timperley. I would highly recommend Dan and his team, I received regular updates on the build and was included in the decision making process which I found was very inclusive and allowed my own ideas to come to fruition. The workmanship is impeccable and no elements were rushed. To this date I know I could pick up the phone to Dan with any query and the team would be happy to assist. I would like to thank Dan and the team for their continued hard work and for making the process of living-in during the build seamless and respectful to my family needs.

5/5 Experience. Mike and his team provide a reliable, thorough and fair service. Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

John installed my new bathroom, he completed the job to a high standard. John was a clean and tidy workman who was helpful and professional. I am really pleased with the quality of work.
