I went to Master MOT and service garage for full service and MOT. My car failed the MOT but they offered to order the parts needed and fix my car. They have done an excellent job. During fixing my car, they have sent me pictures of everything and videos of what all they have fixed. The car was even dropped off to my house as I was working and could not pick it up. Definitely will come back next year.

Booked my car in for a service and mot today. My car was picked up and dropped back off at my home, driver's were friendly and courteous. Was sent texts and videos throughout the day explaining the process of what was being done. The additional work wasn't done till I verified the work to be done as well as the price with the additional costs. The chap I have spoken to on the phone was very polite. I Would recommend you give these guys a call, as the price is very reasonable too! 5☆ service! 😀

From my experience as a first time MOT test was so good. The mechanics were very very honest and the serviced was untellable. I would say this centre is the best at overall. Will recommend to come this shop and get a better experience. Thanks to Master MOT service and tyres for treating me with pleasure and respect. :)

Brilliant, professional and friendly service. Called in this morning with a bonnet problem which I thought would be difficult to resolve. The problem was diagnosed and cured within ten minutes. Service doesn’t come any better than that!!

Rick turned up at exactly the time he promised and changed the awkwardly placed battery in my Transit. I was so impressed I've booked him in for other service work on the families cars.

Rick from Braketech was brilliant. Had an issue with my brakes, booked online for the following morning. Arrived bang on time, had a look and identified the issue. After a local Car Dealer fitted a new battery (within warranty) but it still had all the same faults and not reset, lost faith completely and will never go back. Went to Simon the Friday, he checked out the 'new battery' only running at 87% and found it was the wrong type of battery for an i-stop. By Monday 9.30 new battery fitted & reset.... Can't thank him enough, will now go to him for future services etc. BIG Thank You Simon. Jo & Ged

Amazing place. I got my car for a check for leakage and they did not charge anything to identify the issue. Recharged my air con gas and was charged the said amount and my AC is working wonderful now. Great place owned by a family business and are reliable.

Had a painful MOT and couldn't get the repairs sorted for a couple of weeks as it was a big job. The Westbury guys were free a couple of days later and got it all sorted for me in a couple of hours. Absolutely brilliant service and would highly recommend.

My dad has always used this garage for a number of years now, so decided to give them a go recently for a couple of MOT's. The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating. And very friendly. To get honest, he did get me out of a pickle as I had no MOT and hadn't realised and needed to tax my car. He fitted me in super quick and had it sorted for me in no time at all. We couldn't fault the service we were given and cost wise also great. All in all a very positive visit and I would return without hesitation

Excellent service by Steve and vicky, dropped the car off on Thursday afternoon which was 05.12.24 needed the car ready by 06.12.24 before 12:30 for a taxi mot test, the car was ready by 11am and passed its mot test. Was told wouldn't be ready by 4pm, Steve is the main man if you need anything doing ask for him, once again just wanna say excellent service 5 stars from me. Thank you so much 👍

Absolutely first class, used Volksmaster from my local garage recommendation to have my DSG Gearbox serviced. Did a great job, also gave my car a health check and even washed it afterwards. Gave me a great price, stuck to it and was very proffesional. Thanks guys, see you not too soon hopefully but will definitely be back.

Usual garage was fully booked for MOT & service so bought it to these guys. Always a bit nervous about going to a new garage but they were fab, great customer service, excellent communication and added bonus they cleaned my extremely filthy car. I will definitely use again even if my usual place has availability. Drove away a very happy customer in a shiny car! Definitely recommend 👍

Had my VW Arteon Gearbox service done today, first time ever visiting Volksmaster and was recommended from a friend and few others and I can see why. Friendly staff, looked after me really well and even gave my car a quick clean. Couldn’t be more than happy, they have put the service on the digital history of the car, gave me a stamp on my service book and an invoice of proof. Definitely recommend
