Fantastic find! Garside recently serviced my car and carried out some other repair work. They were reliable, very knowledgeable and really reasonably priced. My Toyota is running brilliantly again. Paul and the team explain everything clearly and are brilliant at arranging drop off and pick up times to suit each customer. Highly recommend.

Booked in to have my heat shield properly fitted and checked and when they found out it was partially fitted they didn't charge me for the labour or adding an extra bolt to ensure it was intact. Megan was extremely personable and generous in not charging me I have previously had my car MOT'd here at very late notice and they fitted me in no problem. Brilliant service throughout. I would definitely recommend this garage.

HEADLINE: Thank you Megan and the Team for going out of your way to help me at a very stressful time. (This review is long overdue!) Weds morning 16 Aug 23 my car began "screaming" on the M61. I stayed in the slow lane and came off at the next junction and rang Parkills straight away. "Could I bring my car in?" Lovely Megan initially said at least a week. When I explained I am self-employed working across the NW and need my car, (don't work: don't earn) compounded by currently driving back and forth to a specialist vets 30+ miles away (my dog had cancer and days earlier had had a huge operation). Megan said she'd speak to the manager at 9. She called me back at 9 and said "bring the car in, though they may not get to it that day". A slow drive to Parkhills and I left it with them. Megan rang me that afternoon, they did in fact find out what was wrong with the car same day, then it was a case of waiting for parts, I added a full service to the work, and had a niggly tiny issue (I couldn't remove a plastic cap on one tyre valve to inflate it). Megan kept me informed throughout those 3 days (4 calls in 3 days) and I had my car back by Friday! So what could have been 2 weeks no income AND worry how I'd get my dog back to the vets in an emergency. I was only off the road for 2.5 days. This is the 2nd time Parkhills have provided excellent service and resolved an issue for me. I really appreciate Parkhills excellent customer service, going out of their way to look after me as a customer and the transparency of great videos illustrating what works needs to be done gives that added peace of mind. For me choosing a garage boils down to trust and good service, who will keep you safe on the roads. I'm confident when I take my car to Parkhills they'll do a good job and are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Megan, and sorry this review wasn't posted sooner!

Fantastic garage - amazing service from Simon & Claire I live locally so I walked in this morning at about 9:45am and asked if they had time to look at my car as the battery was dead - Claire was kind enough to walk with me a few streets over with a power pack and jump start my car so I could get it to the garage. It's now 11am and I'm already home with my car and it's brand new battery! Reasonably priced and fast, efficient, friendly & professional service - will definitely be returning when my car needs more work 😁

After a local Car Dealer fitted a new battery (within warranty) but it still had all the same faults and not reset, lost faith completely and will never go back. Went to Simon the Friday, he checked out the 'new battery' only running at 87% and found it was the wrong type of battery for an i-stop. By Monday 9.30 new battery fitted & reset.... Had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I had a lot of questions, was very nervous about buying a car from so far away but these guys went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. The end result, a fantastic car on the drive way, fault free, with a warranty for piece of mind. Would definitely say the 7 hour round trip was worth very penny. Called these guys last week. Booked me in on Monday, was advised 24 hour turn around which I was very happy about. How ever called me on Monday yesterday in the afternoon to inform me my car is ready to be collected. I was getting horrendous quotes of other garages regarding the issue on my car which I thought is a day light Robbery. When contacted these guys informed them of the problem they gave me a very reasonable quote 60% percent cheaper compared to what I was getting quoted. The reputation of this garage and company speaks for itself. I would highly recommend these guys for any car repair you need. I will surely be coming back with my other cars. Have used them in the past for all my BMWs. It’s worth me travelling 30 miles to leave my car with these guys. Keep up the great work.
