Our experience with JLR Joinery was excellent from start to finish. On visiting the showroom we were given in-depth information about the doors available, the process , cost and timescales. This was done in a relaxed manner without us feeling pressured. A measure was done the next day and we had received a text informing us of the time in a one hour window. We received a same day estimate and payment schedule with a final payment expected on completion. Any questions were dealt with quickly and professionally which was very reassuring. A fit date was quickly arranged and set for the following week which was great. Rob the fitter was considerate and professional and did great job We are very pleased and now have modern great looking doors throughout.

The conservatory roof was in danger of collapse. Rob and Tony moved work to fit my job in. They removed the glass roof and replaced it with an insulated composite tile roof. They were 100% reliable, turning up when they said and working diligently each day. They were tidy and respected my property clearing up each day before they left. I was away for part of the job and had no qualms about leaving them a key. When they had finished, the new room and windows were all cleaned and the paths pressure washed to get rid of debris. They kept within budget and the finished job is superb!

Romiley Joinery made and fitted an external door and frame and a window and frame for me soon after I moved into my very old house, in which nothing is standard sized. They were very helpful in advising me about what would work best and I am very happy with the finished result. They arrived when they said they would, completad the work to a very high standard, and tided up any mess before they left. I am more than happy to recommend them.

These guys have measured, fitted and finished all our windows and two doors. The windows when delivered were clearly superbly constructed and finished. The installation and finishing teams did a fantastic job, tidying up after themselves as they went along - and the overall finish of all the work done is fantastic. They have done lots of other work around us, all of which still looks great, so hopefully ours will wear as well! Lots of very positive comments from neighbours who may well now have work done themselves. Proper craftsmanship - a remarkable contrast with the old upvc installations they removed! Heritage joinery was such a fantastic company, working with them and experiencing their passion for what they do was second to none. The company specialises in restoration and replacing lost period features, and are willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I got all my front windows replaced with sash windows authentic to the period, and they also built a porch in keeping with the house. I have no family or friend connection with the business, so my review is solely based on being a client. Would highly recommend.

We obtained Listed Building Consent to carry out fairly extensive repairs to the windows of our property. 5 Sliding sash windows, 2 dormers, a Yorkshire sash (sideways sliding) and a 2-storey 2 foot wide window in quite twisted brickwork. We got 3 quotes. The last to visit were Heritage and I was so impressed with Mike who came out to discuss the quote that I was pretty certain I would go with them before I even got their price. As it turned out they were the cheapest of the 3. We had to combine several different contractors to carry out the various works, so planned for the work to start several months ahead. They started on the very day we requested. They also suggested a decorator they had previously worked with, Stuarts Painting & Decorating, who followed straight on. We were absolutely delighted with every aspect of the work carried out by both Heritage and Stuarts.

Heritage had carried out work to the windows of a holiday let we have (see separate review) and mentioned that they also did hand-made kitchens. We were in the process of getting quotes for a new kitchen at our home and were in the design stage with another kitchen firm but they were proving very difficult to deal with. We discussed our requirements with Joe and Mike who made some excellent suggestions and amendments to the design. Their quote was then much cheaper than the firm we had been discussing with so we proceeded with Heritage and are so pleased we did. Dan, Mike and Steve were a pleasure to have on site. The kitchen they have installed for us is absolutely fantastic. I cannot fault the service we have had from Heritage. I thoroughly recommend them.
