Great professional company. The guys came out and ripped the old cladding off the front of my house and installed new cladding. Also pointed out issues on my roof that they spotted with their drone and fixed them for me. I was expecting a long and messy job but the guys work fast while not compromising their quality. They also cleaned all the mess. I’m made up with the finished results and have no problems recommending P&L to anyone and will be calling them back in the future. Also very reasonable prices you can’t argue with. Top blokes !!!!!

The guys were professional, polite and hardworking. They did everything that was asked and even did a few extra things that I didn’t ask at no extra cost. I am always a bit dubious when it comes to getting workmen in as they tend to overprice or more work needs doing than anticipated. These guys prices were spot on and less work was needed to be done than I originally thought. Can’t fault them. They cleaned up after themselves too.

I had an issue with my chimney. The cowl had come off during the adverse weather. I spoke to P&L on the Monday and they were here by the Wednesday at the agreed time. Both lads were very friendly and we got a super fast turn around on the repair. Can not fault the service, I highly recommend them!

We had Shaun to repair/replace our existing GPR roof which had cracks and was leaking. From the start he was knowledgeable professional and communication was excellent. He turned up on time as agreed and did the job in efficient and clean way. Hopefully our leaks are now sorted. Would recommend a proper old school tradesman

After two years or more of a leaking dormer we finally had a full new roof by JW Roofing. Jack and Alex did an amazing job, on time, on budget and with little disturbance to us. I have even had a builder working down the road comment on what an amazing job they have done. jack will be back in the new year to do my mother in laws house and hopefully to do our lower roofs at a later date. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Jack came and gave us a good quote and timescale for completing the reroof. Kept in touch throughout the process, turned up when he said he would, kept the site tidy each day, and completed the job efficiently despite some typical Manchester rain. Jack and his team carried out an excellent job on a kitchen slate roof replacement, four new Velux windows installation and neat leadwork. Always on time and his team ensured all waste material was taken away leaving site clean and tidy. Despite the poor weather conditions during the work (strong winds, persistent rain) they carried on regardless, ensuring the kitchen remained watertight. Highly recommended and reliable!

Great experience. Had leaks in the roof in 2 places, had a couple of companies round quoting expensive prices without even getting up to look. Lee turned up when he said he would, got up on the roof took video to show me the issues, quoted a fair price. He carried out the repair, and took video to show me what he had done and the finished result. Can't fault him, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. Lee was the only company that actually took the time to come out and inspect the issue. His colleague assessed the issue quickly, we agreed and price and date for the work to be completed. Reasonably priced, even ended up doing a bit more work than he originally quoted but he didn’t charge any more. Would highly recommend and would use again with issue!

Lee was great. He had to come in and fix a bodge job after a cowboy builder did a bad job and created a mess which meant he broke more than he fixed. I would definitely recommend, professional and on point!

I was having problems with my guttering, after contacting a number of roofing companies with no luck, I rang Dryline roofing and guttering. I spoke to Patrick who said he would come out in the afternoon which he did as promised. Patrick assessed the job and gave me a quote which i agreed with. He said he will get the scaffolding up and start the next day. Patrick and two other workers arrived as promised went up to the roof and started work, but after taking some slates off Patrick advised me that the work I previously had done by another roofing company was not carried out that's why I was having problems with the guttering. Patrick took me up to the roof so I could see for myself as I paid a lot of money to that company and got no receipt or guarantee and now they have ghost me, I felt absolutely sick as not for my guttering I would not have known and my roof would be in a worse state. Patrick advised me that I would need a new roof to retify the work that wasn't done and a lot of the slates were broken. Patrick arrived on the Friday with a full crew as it was getting dark early. They stripped the full roof and replaced with all new materials and tiles Patrick took pictures each step of the way and showed and explained what they were doing. I would recommend Dryline roofing to anyone, they were excellent, professional and polite. Patrick and his team worked hard all day making sure my roof was completed on the same day. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all the rubbish leaving the property clean and tidy. Patrick sent me all the pictures of all aspects of the job, I received my invoice and 25 years guarantee. Patrick came out to give us an estimate. He was very pleasant & polite as were the rest of the team when they came to carry out work on our extension roof. They were all respectful of our property & worked straight through. They returned as planned the following morning to complete the work. Photos were taken at all stages to show us what had been done. Contacted Justin about a leak we were having through our ventilation fan in the bathroom. Stripped back the tiles and fixed the issue which was an unsupported vent. Excellent communication, including informing us when the scaffolding was coming and when he would be there. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Just Property Care Ltd from the very start. I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Without a doubt would recommend him.

Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.
