Wouldn't use anybody else. I am not from this Area but am a tradesperson who needed some roofing services in this area and i tried to get in touch with multiple of the other high rated companies but had issue after issue. The other companies would either not turn up when they said they would and just no show or they turned up but didn't actually look at the problem. LBL Roofing actually got on the roof to check the issue and had a thorough look and sent a quote on time, turned up on time. The work was also high quality. Genuinely wouldn't use anybody else in this area now.

Did a job on my Grade 2 Georgian roof. Roof off, membrane on, replaced some ribs, new batons, relaid original tiles and replaced broken tiles with matching reclaimed. Repointed the chimneys, re capped and did all the lead around the chimneys. Fitted two velum to the back (non listed area). Guttering all done. It looks as it should BUT it is totally weatherproof. Luke and the team were brilliant. Kept on at the job to get it complete. Very nice group of roofers. Cleaned up well each day. Invoicing and Payment was easy at end job. Did everything quoted for at the start of the job. No quibbles. So pleased I selected Luke and team from the 5 quotes I got. It was obvious when I met them that they knew their job. Very thorough and professional. I would Highly recommend this team

In the past, we've had issues with finding good roofers in the Bolton area but that's no longer a problem. LBL were brilliant all round. We needed a roof repair and new guttering but the tiles we needed are no longer manufactured. They did everything they could to find the tiles for us but when that wasn't possible, they came back and installed the guttering. The lads did a great job and tidied up after themselves. Communications with the company was easy, efficient and would highly recommend.

Had issues with the roof leaking not long after moving in (sods law!). Luke came out in no time, shot up on the roof and took pictures of everything required. Recommended a dry ridge and verge to ensure things lasted. The lads that came turned up half an hour earlier than the time given and everything was done by 4.30pm with pictures to show the before, during and after. My path was probably cleaner than when they turned up! Felt reassured throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We were absolutely delighted with the job Garry and Wayne and the team did on our roof, which was 100 years old and in need of a refit. They advised from the beginning, gave us confidence in the process and carried out all aspects with minimal fuss or faff. Other quotes were significant higher and suggested they'd take much longer - beware of inflated quotes from other contractors. Alco did a superb job and showed what's possible with a committed and hardworking team - the whole roof, including removal and reinstallation of solar panels, took just 2.5 days. Garry showed me pictures of various aspects they had rectified from the original roof fitting in the 1920s and explained how their work would benefit us, which was really appreciated. The team arrived punctually early every day and were courteous throughout. Would thoroughly recommend this excellent local business for any and all roofing needs.

Garry and his team were absolutely fantastic! We had an aging roof (80 years old!) and we needed it replacing. Garry quoted up to replace the roof and porch and the cost came in about the same as a few other places i looked at. Garry was professional and even though we had a few scheduling conflicts at first we managed to get the date sorted and in the space of a couple of days we had a shiny new roof. Not only would i recommend Garry for his workmanship but he also passed the neighbour test as he was able to match the tiles and make the roof look seemless. Its a shame we wont be using Garry again but if any of you out there are reading this give Garry a call and tell him I sent you :)

We had our roof retiled by Garry and his team. The work was carried with good quality materials producing an excellent finish. The first day they removed the old tiles and felt and put in place new linings, making the roof water proof, then the second day the tiling was completed. Very efficient and competatively priced. It was also carried out safely with a good use of safety equipment. I would be happy to recommend Alco.

Had our roof completely redone by Garry and his team. Including Tiles, Facias, Soffits and underfelt. They did an absolutely fantastic job for a great price. What a competitor quoted as a 2 week job took Alco less than 4 days and for 4k cheaper. I would not go to anyone else as Garry and his team provide the best service around. Could not recommend more highly.

Contracted out the services of Phoenix Roofing to replace the lead valley which was leaking on the front side of the house. Tonny is simply amazing. My roof is a mess but save my life from the mess he just did a trick and saved me atleast £30k. 😀 Not sure how long that fix will last, but when all refused he took that as a challenge, highly recommended for any roofing job.

Hardworking, competent group of workers led by the inimitable Rob the Roofer. They struggled through the vagaries of the Summer weather (showers, squalls, bright sun and heavy downpours) to do a supremely professional job of replacing our 64 year old roof asking only for cups of coffee (two with two sugars and one with 3) and a cup of tea strong enough to point your chimney with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Egerton Roofing came to replace our (very old) leaky guttering. Robert came to give us a quote & clearly wanted to do the job right rather than just quickly. He gave us suggestions as to how to future proof the roof drainage (which made complete sense) & gave us a 10 year guarantee where other roofers only gave 5. Upon starting the job, he corrected some of the original badly aligned guttering to prevent further problems. Robert was hard working, professional, friendly & polite. All rubbish was removed & everything left tidy. He went above & beyond to also clean the white UPVC around our new black guttering to leave us with a very neat & tidy job. Quick and professional. Had a quote midweek and the lads turned up on a Sunday to fix an urgent problem with my dormer roof. They were efficient and tidy, swept up and were polite and friendly. Solved the problem and fitted new sidings for the dormer all in 2 hours or so. Thanks a lot! 5*

After a few months of being messed around by my landlord Dan and his team were contracted in to assess the cause of 2 major leaks in my front bedroom, landing and bathroom. He quickly found out the problem was coming from my chimney and my neighbours chimney, Dan advised that both chimneys needed to be removed in order for the problem to be eradicated and reduce further repair work being needed later on down the line. Once approved, The scaffolding was put up Quickly and skip arrived ready for the work to commence. Dan’s team of roofers were efficient and professional, after the work was completed they cleaned up the pavement and road. The whole process was overseen by Dan himself and he kept in touch from beginning to end to make sure that my landlord understood the urgency for the repair. I cannot thank Dan enough for being empathetic to my needs following cancer treatment as without his proactive approach I would still be living in wet and damp conditions.
