We originally used another company to do our roof and guttering, etc, which turned out to be a big mistake as things started to go wrong and when I contacted the owner to come and put it right, he ghosted me! Luckily for us, Ben and his team came to the rescue. Redid the whole job, to ensure it was done properly, at a competitive price. Everyone was professional and friendly, very knowledgeable, punctual and tidy. They even came back to fit a bit on the end of the drain pipe to stop it clogging and backing up. Very impressed with Safeseal from start to finish. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We recently had our large conservatory roof replaced. Previously, another company had installed a build-over roof (feel free to ask for details). We experienced problems with a leaking box gutter, which was inaccessible because it had been covered by the previous roof, along with overall poor workmanship. My Conservatory Roof Replacement completely redesigned our conservatory roof, eliminating the box gutter and transforming our conservatory. During the replacement, we faced severe rain, but the entire team persevered through it. The work ethic and craftsmanship of the whole team are second to none. My Conservatory Roof Replacement did have a bit of a wait due to being fully booked, but the wait was worth it!

Very polite and professional from start to finish. Advice given and told of the various options with no hard sell. When doing the work they put protective covers on the floor and kept us updated on every step. The weather at times proved challenging for them both, but they remained focused to complete the tasks ahead of them. I have had my conservatory roof replaced by John and his team and I couldn’t recommend them enough. From start to finish John was excellent he come out to give me a quote and explained all my options. Other firms come to give me a quote and said extortionate prices. Once the job started they turned up on time everyday and the work was completed in just over a week. His reviews speak for them self and I’m only too happy to give him 5 stars I couldn’t be happier with the job.

I contacted John after the storm as my roof edges were hanging off. After sending him pictures he gave a price and said he would get to me ASAP. Within a few days he rang to say he was on his way and came within 20 minutes. He just did the job with no fuss. I feel I can sleep easy now knowing it's not going to fall off and damage my neighbours car. He is a really nice man and very genuine. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. I have already asked him to do another job and he will let me know when he can do it. I have every confidence in him.

John has done a few jobs for me over the last 10 years or so and his work is always first class. True gent. He fitted a flat roof to my garage and now after 10 years an insurance inspection has found the roof is still in excellent condition. The work stands the test of time! Highly recommended.

Texted last night with details and pictures of a repair required on my daughter’s roof after the weekend’s storms. Within 10 minutes I had a very reasonable price and after a few more minutes had arranged for the job to be done today, got a text message at around 9am today to say he was on his way. The job was done without any fuss and although I wasn’t there my daughter tells me he was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company.

I cannot thank John and his team enough. These lads had a mammoth task on their hands as this job required that John identified a number of problems caused by previous builders from out of town (cowboys in my opinion), strip the roof back to ensure that there were no fundamental issues or damage inflicted and then replace all existing work and current materials with the best new materials available. I discussed the situation with John before he began so he understood what was needed, and between us we decided on what work was to be completed. From the very first minute on the roof these boys went to town, getting the old mess completely removed and setting about laying top quality membrane, batons and tiles. To say they were well organised is a huge understatement. It was like having machines up there. By the end of day 1 I could already see the impact they'd had, with over 90% coverage already completed. Throughout the days they never faltered in their work commitment and John took me up several times to show me their progress as it happened. The end result is that my home now looks and feels like a new build, with absolutely all previous issues now a thing of the past. The pictures taken don't quite do his work justice, but all I can say is what a legend. I will recommend John and the lads to everyone I speak to, as I don't think his work can be beaten. Rang KJM a few weeks, I explained that I needed the guttering replacing and a new down pipe on my mums Bungalow along with new fittings at the front. Mike is so nice! I bought a house and was really worried about the roof Incase their was anything wrong with it and needed some plants removing from the chimney. Mike is the best! He has sorted a couple of roof issues out for me, He always attends the job quickly, and ensures we know when he is coming. He takes photographs to ensure we can see what the issues are, advises on solutions, sometimes giving a variety of options. he quotes for these, always very reasonable, and then gets the job done expeditiously. As usual, Mike came very quickly (this time to fix a loose ridge tile). His work is very good, he explains things, and he charge reasonable fees for the jobs he does.

Ridge tiles needed repointing as water was getting in. Mike came out promptly, reviewed the job and gave me a quote same day. Very happy with the job. 2 ridges re-pointed, neat and tidy and no more water ingress. I would use R&R again.
