Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Great at communication. Jess is superb at what she does. She was there every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the requirements etc, covering every detail. We were so pleased with the welcome board, balloons & light up numbers & it added the perfect touch to the venue & party. So glad we chose Vintage Events Manchester. We would definitely recommend to anybody looking for that professional, special extra to a party venue. Will definitely be back for future events. Thankyou so much Jess, you are the best!!

Jess came to dress my ceremony and it was absolutely beautiful! we got to keep the photos and frame from the LOVE ladder! Jess was able to match our theme with the colours we wanted and made it perfect! extremely affordable and I would have happily hired for the whole day had we not done most things ourselves! we will be forever greatful for your work 🩷🩷🩷

Hired Jessica to dress the room for my daughter's 18th birthday party. She did an absolutely amazing job. The room looked beautiful and was so person centred and fitting to my daughters taste. Jessica was so helpful from the very start and even helped book the room for me I was holding the event in. Her communication skills are on point and her rates are brilliant and certainly for how much hard work she puts into it. Will definitely be using vintage events again for future parties/events.

This month marks my 4 year wedding anniversary, and I’ve been reflecting on that special day. A huge part of its magic was thanks to Dina at The Rose Mist. If you're looking for someone creative for your big day, I can't recommend Dina enough. After just one consultation, she completely understood my vision (or lack of one, if I’m honest! I really didn't know the best way to decorate a small space - all I knew was I wanted it 'minimal' and 'elegant'). She asked the right questions, walked me through how it would all come together, and made the process so easy. Dina really knows how to take care of the details that matter to a bride, easing my nerves and making me feel confident that everything would be perfect. My wedding was during COVID, in a small Turkish restaurant with just 15 guests. When I finally saw the space, I was blown away. My family had already told me how beautiful the room looked, but stepping in myself, I was in awe. Dina set up the tables so elegantly, including a special display for me and my husband. She even created a charming corner featuring vintage books and antique items that really captured my personality. The whole space was brought to life with soft fabrics, flowers, candles, and a stunning backdrop for my cake. Four years on, I still fondly remember how much Dina’s heartfelt effort contributed to the magic of that day. Thank you, Dina and the team, for making it so unforgettable. You’ll always have my gratitude and referral! xxx

I hired Dina at Rose Mist for my sisters last minute garden wedding and she produced the most stunning set up in such a short and stressful time. Her work was beyond amazing! Firstly I want to start off with a massive thank you to the Rose Mist team for really and truly pulling this one out the hat. I was meant to have a big celebration for my wedding day but due to covid I had to cancel everything two weeks before it. I had to cancel everything. I was so gutted!! After a few weeks our families decided to go ahead anyway and to do a very intimate nikkah with just family. This was planned very last minute and the Rosemist team stepped in they just took the stress right out of my hands. I wasn't too keen on the venue we manage to find at first, as it was nothing compared to my original one but she completely transformed the place. It was perfect! Better than I had imagined it! It's now actually one of my favourite small venues because of them!! She understood exactly what I wanted, she drew out everything in front of me, explained everything in detail, explained what would compliment me and my outfit. We just bounced off each others idea's and it was honestly then that I started getting excited again for my big day. She completely transformed the place. It looked perfect, when I seen it I was shocked at how different the place looked! I could not recommend Rose Mist enough!! No matter what the occasion is they can do it!! Excellent experience from start to finish Paul was great and helped with ideas for cocktails and mocktails. All the guests complimented on the perfect balance for the wedding. Mr Flavour recently managed and delivered my Halloween themed 40th Birthday party. Prior to the event, Ali and his team liaised with the venue to ensure everyone knew what they were doing to pull off an epic event. Everything was seamlessly organised and flawlessly delivered. From the moment we arrived, the courtyard and bar were set so professionally and truly transformed the venue, it looked like a Halloween movie set. The bar staff and actors set a perfectly eerie tone. The reception was a hit giving everyone the chance to mix and mingle over incredible cocktails that were as tasty as they were theatrical. The barn was set up with an incredible cocktail 'blood' fountain keeping everyone perfectly hydrated, though we were never left wanting with spooky cocktails and shots circulating all night long. The band were phenomenal and had everyone up and dancing all night long. I can't thank the Mr Flavour team enough for delivering the most memorable night of my life!

Where to start..... I can not ever thank Helen enough for giving us the most magical day of our lives and the wedding of our absolute DREAMS last September. When I first came across Helen back in 2019, I knew instantly from looking at her beautiful website and following our initial consultation that Helen was exactly the person I wanted and needed to have planning our wedding with us; I never needed to consider any other planners, I knew straight away that Helen and her team were going to be the ones for us. Initially, my (now) Husband was against the idea of spending money on a wedding planner however with heavy work schedules and dreams of a luxurious wedding but not knowing a thing about the industry, there was no doubt that it was a battle he was not going to win; he will be the first person now to say it was the BEST decision we made in the whole of the planning process. Having Helen on board paid even more dividends when COVID hit and we were faced with two postponements; Helen took so much stress away from us during that time, showed us so much care and I have no doubts that Helens reputation and highly respected position in the wedding industry meant that we were luckily able to move the wedding date on both occasions with minimal financial impact. Helen is not only the ultimate professional, she is just the most wonderful person and I will be forever grateful that we were able to share such a special time with her and have her support for every step of the way. Her eye for the small details, her impeccable taste, along with her non-nonsense approach and wealth of knowledge really did help create a dream day for us and our families, far beyond any expectations. We just had our wedding on Saturday and used The Word is Love to hire a wooden arch with neon sign. Suzy was great at replying to emails and so helpful when we decided to change to a smaller arch! On the day the arch and neon sign looked fab and gave a lovely glow to the day, the arch was then used in the evening and again, looked great! We would definitely use them again 💖

We were looking for something special for our wedding at Colshaw Hall and were recommended 'The Word Is Love.' After perusing through the extensive catalogue (we were spoilt for choice), we settled on the 4ft rustic letters for our surname which provided the perfect backdrop for both the wedding breakfast and evening reception! Suzy and Ollie were very quick to respond to our enquiries and made the whole process extremely straight forward - from the initial booking, set up at the venue and collection the next day. Suzy and Ollie communicated directly with the venue which we were incredibly appreciative of! We hired the neon ‘until death do us party’ sign from the word is love. It looked even better (and bigger) than I expected - I loved it and it looked great next to our dance floor. Suzy and Ollie were so helpful and the hiring/set up etc was so easy and all organised by them but fitting in with everything we asked!
