Ice Entertainment has supported a number of our events, most recently our annual awards event. They supplied and set up, which consisted of a great light-up sign, unreal table decorations, a light-up dance floor and a 360 photo booth. Big shout out to Steve our MC and DJ who was also supplied by ICE. Steve was great at reading the room, getting staff onto the dance floor and building the energy. Would highly recommend their overall service and will definitely use them again.

Andy was really great and professional.I hired him for my partners big birthday party.He was introducing himself to guests and asking about any music requests.Very friendly and chatty.Music he played was great and everyone that came to our party had a amazing time including birthday boy and me. We hired the photo booth from fun filled events for our NYE Wedding, Matt and his team were great from the get go. Hired a blackjack table for a 30th and everything was spot on, Matt was brilliant he kept me up to date with details and he was the croupier for the table on the night, he was great with all the guests kept them entertained all night and nothing was too much, will definitely be using again for future events. Donna and team were absolutely wonderful and very professional from start to finish. We chose to have artificial bouquets and were very happy with the effect. We went with a rustic theme and the individually designed tablescapes were just gorgeous. We had lots of compliments and we can wait to see the professional pics of the day. A special thank you to Megan who knitted us a special mushroom for our top table tablescape. Very sweet and we will treasure it always.

We used Pure Elegance Events after Donna, Amanda and the team were recommended to us. After sneaking away to get married we wanted to celebrate with fifty of our close friends and family. We maybe thought this would be too small for Pure Elegance however, this was never the case. I feel like we were treated the same as anyone having a huge wedding with an large budget. From the very first meeting with Donna she was friendly and profession. We felt like we had known her a long time. As we were only having a meal we hadn't really thought too much about what we wanted and didn't want anything extravegant. Donna took the few ideas we had and built on it. We don't feel like we asked for a lot of stuff or went all out, however, the room looked amazing. The attention to detail was flawless. Due to circumstances beyond our control there was a very last minute change of venue whilst we were out of the country. If it wasn't for Donna & the extended brilliant team, we can honestly say we wouldn't have had a new venue. We are fully aware they didn't need to go above and beyond to find us somewhere new but they did. Even though this actually wasn't what we were paying them for. This shows their very high level of customer service. You can trust them whole heartedly to do the right thing for their customers and you aren't just another booking. Working with Amanda and the team is an absolute pleasure and also a lot of fun. When faced with turning our usual in-person event into a virtual event this year she was the first person we turned to. Amanda took care of everything, from choosing which platform to use and what entertainment would be best through to personally packing and mailing (and hand delivering) the best delegate boxes jampacked with goodies. We got married in Holmes Mill which is chic and industrial, it's gorgeous, but we really wanted to add as much greenery to it as possible as we'd originally planned for a forest wedding. After a few emails, we met with Clare at Holmes Mill to talk through our thoughts and she was so reassuring and also really enthusiastic to bring our ideas to life! Clare had loads of experience and expertise to support us with making the decisions, and she kept us up to date in the lead up to the day, as well as making recommendations based on new items she had available. Clare is the best hands down. When I was researching venue dressers she answered all my questions promptly and sent so many photos. When we met up for our consultation she absolutely got my vision and had so many amazing ideas to make it even better. The choice of items she has is incredible and when you see it all put together it’s the most beautiful thing ever. We had Debbie and her team do the wedding decor for our Civil ceremony, Mandap ceremony and Reception (all on the same day) and cannot praise them enough. Debbie & Team set up our wedding venue and marquee and it looked amazing, Qube adapted to our needs and due to the weather we made the last minute decision to change from our plan and move our ceremony inside, this was seamless and efficient with no added stress. Qube's communication before the day was fantastic. Qube were very helpful with absolutely no hiccups! A very professional operation overall.

We were blown away by how spectacular our rooms looked after the guys had styled the venue, our guests were gobsmacked you totally provided us with the WOW factor. Booked asiana in August last year, I hired them for photography/ cinematography as well as my Mendhi stage and house lights, everything has come out perfectly!! The stage, video and photos are exactly as I imaged. I got the video and photos really fast!
