Emma did a fantastic job! She met with us before the event, talked through all of the options and sent plans through with lots of time to spare. She did a fantastic job in transforming the space from a drab conference room into a wonderful catwalk and event space. I would definitely recommend Emma and wouldn't hesitate in using her again!

Emma and her team were great to work with. They understood our aesthetics and vision for the wedding, and worked with us to bring them to life. She accommodated our requests and researched alternatives where she didn’t have an item at hand to ensure we wouldn’t compromise on anything. Emma is lovely, was punctual and discreet on the day of the event, and really demonstrated a desire to provide great service level. Thoroughly recommended.

Recommended by my Aunty who used Ex Pose for my Uncle‘s 50th, I also used them for my 30th birthday and was so impressed with the personalised service. The designs were bespoke to match what I had described and the colour scheme of my venue. I didn’t have to worry or be involved, Ex Pose worked with my venue and when I turned up on the night I had the most spectacular feature! Emma was super friendly, and understanding - can’t wait to have another excuse to get in touch with them again!

Zoey styled our venue room for our meal/evening reception at our wedding. OMG. it was gorgeous. In the run up to the wedding we had spoken on the phone, sent several emails and met at venue where this fabulous lady managed to translate my imagination into reality. Firevolt Festival - some awesome new bands, shout out to Dead Mans Whisky, no duds at all. Every band has been great entertainment, We Three Kings were a pleasant surprise, great set, excellent performance, would definitely recommend Firevolt if you're looking for new bands.

As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Not just for the couple but for the suppliers too! I would urge people to hire her and highly recommend Victoria as the lovely person she is and for the great services she offers!

From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

My husband and I were doing a very DIY wedding in a village hall, and wanted something different to the dozens of weddings we’ve been to recently. But without Victoria behind the scenes it would have been utter chaos. She and her assistant were powerhouses on the day - getting stuff done so efficiently and smoothly that sometimes I barely even noticed that they’d moved/changed or updated things! That’s a sign of a great on the day coordinator! Victoria was also a very calming person to tie in with in the run up as she was so organised and thorough. I am an obsessively organised person, so helping me on my wedding day could have been someone’s idea of a nightmare as I can be pretty inflexible in my ideas, but Victoria was so willing to just go with my flow, whilst also bringing great ideas and gently nudging us on things we might have otherwise forgotten that made the day go more smoothly.
