Excellent experience from start to finish Paul was great and helped with ideas for cocktails and mocktails. All the guests complimented on the perfect balance for the wedding. To top it all off the bar and display looked stunning. Very professional set up! The whole team were there throughout the day asking if we needed anything. Definitely made the day special!

Mr Flavour recently managed and delivered my Halloween themed 40th Birthday party. Prior to the event, Ali and his team liaised with the venue to ensure everyone knew what they were doing to pull off an epic event. Everything was seamlessly organised and flawlessly delivered. From the moment we arrived, the courtyard and bar were set so professionally and truly transformed the venue, it looked like a Halloween movie set. The bar staff and actors set a perfectly eerie tone. The reception was a hit giving everyone the chance to mix and mingle over incredible cocktails that were as tasty as they were theatrical. The barn was set up with an incredible cocktail 'blood' fountain keeping everyone perfectly hydrated, though we were never left wanting with spooky cocktails and shots circulating all night long. The band were phenomenal and had everyone up and dancing all night long. I can't thank the Mr Flavour team enough for delivering the most memorable night of my life!

I've worked with Trace for many years and would use her again and again. Everything runs so smoothly, she is so professional and also so funny which makes the experience so nice. She listens to every bit of my worries and solves things straight away. She's always at the end of the phone and sorts everything out. Pure Elegance we’re absolutely amazing and decorated our wedding venue beautifully. Even better than I could ever imagine. Bridal bouquets actually looked real and matched the decor perfectly. We used Pure Elegance Events after Donna, Amanda and the team were recommended to us. After sneaking away to get married we wanted to celebrate with fifty of our close friends and family. We maybe thought this would be too small for Pure Elegance however, this was never the case. I feel like we were treated the same as anyone having a huge wedding with an large budget. From the very first meeting with Donna she was friendly and profession. We felt like we had known her a long time. As we were only having a meal we hadn't really thought too much about what we wanted and didn't want anything extravegant. Donna took the few ideas we had and built on it. We don't feel like we asked for a lot of stuff or went all out, however, the room looked amazing. The attention to detail was flawless. Due to circumstances beyond our control there was a very last minute change of venue whilst we were out of the country. If it wasn't for Donna & the extended brilliant team, we can honestly say we wouldn't have had a new venue. We are fully aware they didn't need to go above and beyond to find us somewhere new but they did. Even though this actually wasn't what we were paying them for. This shows their very high level of customer service. You can trust them whole heartedly to do the right thing for their customers and you aren't just another booking. Donna and team were absolutely wonderful and very professional from start to finish. We chose to have artificial bouquets and were very happy with the effect. We went with a rustic theme and the individually designed tablescapes were just gorgeous. We had lots of compliments and we can wait to see the professional pics of the day. Yesterday was second time that I worked with Helen at Peckforton Castle, so many special and unique aspects were brought into play at this event, I can still hear the gasps of appreciation from the guests, the whole day ran like clockwork. I know what I'm talking about when I heap praise on Helen, I've been around the block having managed luxury hotels around the world for over 20 years and in my second career as a toastmaster for 15 years. I can tell you that Helen is right up there at the top of her profession On Saturday last once again I had the pleasure of working with Helen for a wedding at the palatial Old Palace, Chester. From the very start at Chester Cathedral to the first dance and conclusion it all ran perfectly with Helen and her team quietly, calmly & most efficiently ensuring this special day had a most successful outcome.

Where to start..... I can not ever thank Helen enough for giving us the most magical day of our lives and the wedding of our absolute DREAMS last September. When I first came across Helen back in 2019, I knew instantly from looking at her beautiful website and following our initial consultation that Helen was exactly the person I wanted and needed to have planning our wedding with us; I never needed to consider any other planners, I knew straight away that Helen and her team were going to be the ones for us. Initially, my (now) Husband was against the idea of spending money on a wedding planner however with heavy work schedules and dreams of a luxurious wedding but not knowing a thing about the industry, there was no doubt that it was a battle he was not going to win; he will be the first person now to say it was the BEST decision we made in the whole of the planning process. Having Helen on board paid even more dividends when COVID hit and we were faced with two postponements; Helen took so much stress away from us during that time, showed us so much care and I have no doubts that Helens reputation and highly respected position in the wedding industry meant that we were luckily able to move the wedding date on both occasions with minimal financial impact. Helen is not only the ultimate professional, she is just the most wonderful person and I will be forever grateful that we were able to share such a special time with her and have her support for every step of the way. Her eye for the small details, her impeccable taste, along with her non-nonsense approach and wealth of knowledge really did help create a dream day for us and our families, far beyond any expectations. This company has exceeded my expectations and been absolutely incredible in every single aspect. I don’t leave reviews often, but credit where it’s due! EVERYONE was in awe, including the hall staff - they described the decor as ‘on a completely different level to anything done at the hall before’. Honestly, I was very nervous when looking for decorators and booking as there was no way to be sure. But Yousaf had really good communication with me from the beginning. He did everything to keep in touch with me and talk through everything with me every step of the way. It began with a consultation at their warehouse, I was shown all the options and even walked through their warehouse to see what they had. I wanted red and bold and regal/elegant theme. He regularly contacted me and sent ideas on whatsapp. Yousaf even sent me his own ideas of what could look good things which weren’t done before. I was regularly sent the package/set via email documents which had clear price through out, and exactly what I was paying for. I booked them for my baraat day at an english hall. Yousaf made effort to travel nearly 2 hours to visit the venue and measure everything and see what they could do. Everything was custom and made to measure. It was obvious that thought had been put into making decor for THAT hall rather than just a standard set that had been used in my hall before by previous decorators which always looked drowned out. They had the hall ready at the exact time that was promised (within about 3 hours from scratch!). My friends have even told me how much the team kept asking if they’re happy with what they’re doing, and consulting my friends through the wedding morning as they were setting up. My friends also told me that as the team were doing the walk way, they took care to even take their shoes off as they went on it so that it stays completely clean. Not a single piece of decor was moved or cleared up before I (bride) had exited the venue, as requested and promised. They team stayed at the venue and so patiently waited until the event was fully finished before moving anything. Everyone has praised the decor and it was worth every single penny that was invested. Majorly down due to the great communication that I received and how much thought and detail they put in. I have have added a few pictures of my wedding day for anyone else planning their wedding at the moment! 🥰
