Their communication was clear and friendly, the work was done quickly, and our questions and concerns were addressed happily. Had KH Roofing in last year to patch the roof, and was pleased with their work so had no hesitation in calling them again for a full re-roof. They gave a very reasonable quote and started work within 2/3 weeks. From the start Matt was efficient and helpful. He attended when he said he would to assess my roofing problems. Within a few days he contacted me with a number of quotes for the various jobs I needed doing. He was more than happy to arrange the work around my shifts. He arrived to undertake the work on time and in horrible snowy freezing conditions. Matt and his team did an amazing job over two days, they completed the essential work I asked for plus a few extra jobs that I cheekily added on at the last minute. I recently used Lavelle Roofing to repair damage to my leaking dormer roof. Marc came out to assess what needed to be done,and gave me the price for the work,all in a timely manner. The work was then completed in an acceptable time frame considering the awful weather we had,and I can now sleep again. Really good service from the moment I met James to get the initial quote to completion. (Roof ridge tile repointing work). Everything was explained clearly and relevant quotes / invoices sent over as promised and in a timely manner. James was happy to answer any questions and queries I had. Lads on site did a good job and were friendly and polite. They tidied up after themselves and just got on with the job. We are happy with the work and the service.

I had been recommended to try this company for replacing gutters, soffets and facias. James visited my property to assess the work involved, quoted the price which was followed up by a written quote explaining all the work involved. Once I had decided to go ahead with them they were efficient in getting scaffolding up and the following day work began. The team of guys worked hard through the day and completed almost the whole job, they returned the following morning to finish off and complete the job to my satisfaction. Professional, Friendly and Fast. Had some damage in storm Eowyn that made my roof unsafe. BRR turned up within 15 minutes and made it safe. Lee was great. He had to come in and fix a bodge job after a cowboy builder did a bad job and created a mess which meant he broke more than he fixed. I would definitely recommend, professional and on point!

Lee came quickly to inspect the problem with my roof. He used a drone so I didn't need to be in for him to diagnose. Sorted scaffolders and did the work quickly with his two sons. Reasonably priced and clear photos/videos of the work he completed. Happy with his work :)

His colleague assessed the issue quickly, we agreed and price and date for the work to be completed. Trustworthy, honest and fast. 3 words to describe. Lucy quickly responded to a quote for some potential damage and arranged an appointment for a few days time. A day earlier, Shaun rang and came early (fantastic), he then listened, inspected thoroughly and while the resulting issue required not further remedy, he was extremely kind and supportive. If I ever need anymore work, I'd easily contact them again.

Our family home has a stone roof, an appointment was arranged with the office and Stewart arrived promptly and was impeccably polite and professional. Within a short time he returned an acceptable quote back to myself, The team led by John were affable and hard working, ensuring all aspects were carefully prepared and the outcome was achieved. We had a new slate roof with solar panels and a flat roof section, each part done by a separate teams and coordinated perfectly so the job flowed at all times.
