Jordan visited our premises last night and got to work and managed to kill a good number of our rats. He was professional and we didn't hear any shots or noise from inside the house. Called in the morning and came out the same day, treated our ants problem. Good price for the job other companies were quoting more and could not come out for a few days. Chris who attended gave us good advice and was very professional, sprayed the garden edges along the house front and back for us too. Ant traps laid inside for us. Thank you Chris. We haven't seen an ant inside the house since you sprayed either. Good job! well done! Would use again for any future issues we hope not to have.

After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. All sorted fast and efficiently with a friendly service too. Honestly can’t thank him enough my disabled mum can sleep well!!

Excellent service. Steve was in the area on another job which he was finishing so was round within the hour to look at what we thought was a wasp’s nest in a tree in our garden. Within seconds he could tell that the wasps were not nesting and only foraging for food. On closer inspection he identified the majority of the insects as harmless miner bees rather than young wasps. Very reassuring, through and friendly service. Hope not to have to but would definitely use again!

Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Ed was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I booked last minute (wasps) and he slotted me into an appointment within a couple of days. Ed arrived on time and spent some time checking for the nest at the property, which turned out to actually be a dead/old nest from earlier on in the year. Highly recommended! We recently called Aardvark Pest Control for what we thought was a wasp nest. The technician arrived within 2 hours and was very professional. He quickly identified that it was actually a honey bee colony that had already moved on and shared his wisdom. What really stood out was he refused to take any payment since there were no pests to deal with even when we offered to thank him for his quick response, we have kids who wanted to play in the garden so his swift response was really appreciated. We have used Aardvark Pest Control a couple of times now. He identified and sorted 2 wasps nests for us at our previous home and has since been to help with what we thought was something sinister in our loft but Ed quickly identified it was a bird and gave us advice on how to stop them from keep entering the loft space. Rang Mark after spotting a lot of wasps coming and going from an area of a roof. He was round within 15/20 mins and sprayed them. 2 hours later it looks like they've all gone!. Great service, Thanks Mark.

We were worried that we might have a bed bug problem last week. I called Mark and he arrived to inspect the room the same day. He spent a good while completing a thorough inspection and set some traps just to be sure there was no infestation. Luckily it was a false alarm but Mark was great and I would certainly call him again for any pest problem and would recommend him to others.

We contacted John after rats found their way into our ceiling. John turned up on the same day, laid some poison in multiple places and returned several times to make sure they were gone. He then blocked up our cavity in our garage to prevent further access. Great service, very reasonable and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

John came and had a look at our loft where we thought the squirrels were living. He was very efficient and knowledgable and helped us eradicate our problem. He came and covered up the entry points on the facias where the squirrels previously used to enter the loft and made a really good job. He was on the end of the phone all the time. Really pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone.
