I recently received fantastic service from Access Lock and Safe. My toddler put a small window key in to my front door lock which I couldn’t get out. I phoned Andy at Access Lock and Safe, he said they were extremely busy dealing with several break-in’s that had happened the night before, however he had one of his guys round the corner from my house who was just finishing another job. So he arranged for him to come straight to my house and he managed to get the window key out in 2 seconds using his lock picking tools.

Absolutely amazing services from these guys. Would definitely recommend these guys again. After having my handbag stolen with my keys in it, these guys came out speedily and got me back into my house. What was already a stressful situation for me, was made easier by their calmness and not putting pressure on me to find money there and then as my bank cards were also stolen. Not all heroes wear capes.

Just want to say thank you to Adam at Access Lock and Safe Monton - after I got locked in due to a broken interior door handle. He managed to get the door open without damaging it and fitted me a new handle at short notice. Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! I found car key masters to be really helpful and efficient. I rang Dan and he came round to my house promptly that evening to replace an old used car key. As you can see from the photo's the new key is brilliant upgrade. He was very helpful, responsive and professional. Highly recommend this company.

It's a shame there isn't 10* stars! What an amazing company, we phoned them out, as we where locked out of our home with 2 toddlers and a newborn! Due to a family member loosing the keys!.. However!.. L&E Ltd came out within 30 minutes at 2 in the morning, opened our door with minimal fuss nor noise, the engineer called Lee was brilliant! Their emergency call out was initially quite expensive but needs must. We then had a problem with a faulty lock and their service couldn't be better. Replaced the faulty lock free of charge and also then upgraded our other 2 locks on external doors at a reasonable price. Very professional and polite.
