Visited this morning for a replacement battery for my car remote - very friendly staff and efficient service, only took 2 minutes. Thank you I will be using your services again.

Contacted Martin 23.12.24 many places closed not responding. Took car up to Train and Martin checked the batteries in the key fob. He then gave me comprehensive advice as to what to do next. I would have been at the mercy of many! Martin did not want a penny for any of this. Really pleasant, professional, and willing to help. Thoroughly recommend.

Did a level 3 auto locksmithing course with Train and it was really good. The instructors are very, very knowledgable and supportive. I can now do EEPROM, cloning, programming and vehicle entry confidently. I used my final ELC credit from the RAF and I have no regrets. Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. Andy delivered a prompt and efficient service on three occasions and fitted excellent quality locks. He also advised, supplied and fitted additional security items.

We have utilised this service on a number of occasions for jobs inside and outside the home. It’s always important to have someone you trust working inside your home especially where locks are concerned. Andy has always been prompt in responding to any requests made. He even turned out at very short notice to fit a new door mechanism to our daughters flat in Helmshore. He has fitted new and more secure locks to all the doors on the ground floor of our house. He has also removed and replaced old padlocks that had rusted on our garage. As a result of work carried out on our property he been asked to complete other tasks for neighbours. There no job too big or too small.

We had Andy from 999 out to fit Deadlocks on 2 of our vans . We had been let down twice before getting Andy recommended. I would highly recommend Brad at Car Key Group. I’d been trying to resolve the issue with my spare car key (with keyless remote) for several weeks. It has initially worked then stopped & even a battery change didn’t help. We tried several other car key companies, to get advice & a quote, including the dealership who we bought the car from. However they all wanted to charge us a small fortune to just replace the key whereas Brad was able to help fix the key we had saving us a lot of time, money & effort. He was reliable, helpful & professional. We would definitely use Car Key Group again!

Great guy, got in touch, explained my situation. He confidently said he would be able to help me when others i phoned sounded unsure. He was 40 minutes away. Turned up bang on time. Can’t recommend enough! Came to help at really short notice, whilst the weather was freezing and roads covered in snow, after my elderly mother had locked her car keys inside her car (with the engine running). We were unable to lock our front door but fortunately found Nick online. He abandoned his dog walk for us and arrived within 45 mins. A strong recommendation for me. Saved the day when I had lost my keys abroad. He had quite a big job on his hands getting through my Fort Knox locks, but did an amazing job. Tenacious, friendly and reliable, and very reasonably priced.

Matt came out the same day I called to replace a faulty lock on our door. He's extremely knowledgeable sharing useful tips with us to keep our locks well maintained.

Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.
