My husband recently completed the practical phase of the course with Train Locksmiths. He's driven me mad with all of his fiddling, and decorating the sides of my living area with various locks, and picky things...but he's in his element. Contacted Martin 23.12.24 many places closed not responding. Took car up to Train and Martin checked the batteries in the key fob. He then gave me comprehensive advice as to what to do next. I would have been at the mercy of many! Martin did not want a penny for any of this. Really pleasant, professional, and willing to help. Thoroughly recommend.

Did a level 3 auto locksmithing course with Train and it was really good. The instructors are very, very knowledgable and supportive. I can now do EEPROM, cloning, programming and vehicle entry confidently. I used my final ELC credit from the RAF and I have no regrets. Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

With a broken key embedded in the lock barrel of a French Door I called Elite. John promptly attended my call in under an hour, effortlessly addressing the issue. Beyond that, John also quickly adjusted three uPVC exterior doors that had been awkwardly catching, ensuring a smooth closure. His efficiency and professionalism were commendable. Highly recommend Elite365 My grandma had a new back patio door fitted a few months back (NOT by elite365) sadly the botched up the job leaving it difficult for her to unlock/lock the door to the point it caused physical pain. After a lot of back and forth with the original guy who fitted the door he just stopped answering and advised nothing was wrong I recommend Elite365 to her (as originally changed the locks when we moved into a new property, again amazing job, can't fault) Sadly, a lot of faults and issues with the door where found, but Elite365 explained them and showed my grandma. He was patient, helpful and explained everything and did a fantastic job. Thank you!

Had a uPVC side door which was locked shut, rang Elite365 Locksmiths for a non-emergency call out. Arrived within 30mins to investigate the problem, got the door open and demonstated that a new lock was required also recommended new handles as originals were clearly old, loose and worn (even I could see this!). Price offered was reasonable and well within the upper estimate that it could of been. Excellent workmanship on the replacement, took time to get the best results and talk me through it. Job completed 10/10, just shy of 2 hours from initial phone call. Would happily recommend.

Came to help at really short notice, whilst the weather was freezing and roads covered in snow, after my elderly mother had locked her car keys inside her car (with the engine running). Great guy, got in touch, explained my situation. He confidently said he would be able to help me when others i phoned sounded unsure. He was 40 minutes away. Turned up bang on time. We have utilised this service on a number of occasions for jobs inside and outside the home. It’s always important to have someone you trust working inside your home especially where locks are concerned. Andy has always been prompt in responding to any requests made. He even turned out at very short notice to fit a new door mechanism to our daughters flat in Helmshore. He has fitted new and more secure locks to all the doors on the ground floor of our house. He has also removed and replaced old padlocks that had rusted on our garage. As a result of work carried out on our property he been asked to complete other tasks for neighbours. There no job too big or too small.

My patio door handle broke, leaving me unable to open it. Andy came round the day I called, and managed to get the door open, without damaging it, and replaced the mechanism. We had Andy from 999 out to fit Deadlocks on 2 of our vans . We had been let down twice before getting Andy recommended. Nick from Dr Lock, "Amazing Lock Repair" Nick did an amazing job, he changed my main lock as it had broken, he even managed to fix a key that was broken on my Yale lock (which I hadn’t used for years), he was very efficient in cutting a new key and restoring that additional lock, which adds that additional security to my house. I would highly recommend Brad at Car Key Group. I’d been trying to resolve the issue with my spare car key (with keyless remote) for several weeks. It has initially worked then stopped & even a battery change didn’t help. We tried several other car key companies, to get advice & a quote, including the dealership who we bought the car from. However they all wanted to charge us a small fortune to just replace the key whereas Brad was able to help fix the key we had saving us a lot of time, money & effort.
