Can’t recommend enough. After some trouble with my new home, Adam booked me in for a free consultation straight away and is now fitting my new locks next week. Service has been speedy and friendly throughout which has been a huge help. Prices are very reasonable too. Will definitely be using this company again!

Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. A truly professional Master Locksmith, efficient, helpful and polite - as the price was so low he will be highly recommended to our many landlord friends who need a quality service at a very reasonable price. My English is very weak and I was afraid of misunderstanding, but this wonderful person patiently and slowly explained to me and tried to understand me, for which I am especially grateful to him. A very nice person came and solved my problem with the door. The lock was replaced in several stages, but my house remained safe. I am very pleased with the fast and high-quality service.

Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Fantastic Service from start to finish. Messaged Billy regarding our patio door/lock being broken as well as our front door sticking, he provide an estimate for the jobs, which were reasonable and booked us in shortly after. We used Adam because of a sticky back door that jammed when opening it. Adam assured us there wasn’t a problem with the locks it was the fact the doors weren’t aligned correctly. He quickly rectified the issue great work!! Highly recommend

Required a Sunday evening emergency visit after a break-in where house keys were stolen. Paul arrived within 40 minutes and replaced all locks for a very reasonable price. Absolutely couldn't fault him in any way and would 100% recommend.
