I am a nervous patient due to bad experiences in the past from childhood but saw the reviews on the practice & also from a friend. I took the plunge & glad I did. Rachael who took on my treatment is brilliant,explained exactly what was going to happen & what she was doing throughout. I was immediately at ease as the staff are lovely. They are friendly as well as professional. The surroundings in the practice are relaxing which helps a lot. They are definitely customer focused & I felt comfortable from the start. I would recommend the practice as apart from the above I found the price of treatment reasonable for private practice, they also offer dental plans which I have taken advantage of. Should you be wary of dentists as I was, come to this practice & they will show you that no need to be . I'm confident that you won't be disappointed

First appointment with the hygienist moving here from elsewhere. The lady was very thorough, explained everything, gave advice and most importantly after that one visit I trust her for next time. After having a couple of bad experiences in the past trust in your dentist is paramount so will have no fears going back 😊

I had a very good experience. My appointment was with the dental hygienist. On arrival I was immediately informed the hygienist was running behind. I was offered a drink and the receptionist found out precisely how long I would be waiting (20 minutes). This enabled me to extend my parking ticket. It was not a problem for me waiting 20 minutes. It soon passed and I received a very good service from Linda. She gave me excellent advice regarding aftercare of my teeth. Her skillfullness makes the treatment pain free 😀.

I’m a nervous dental patient but the team at this practice do everything to put you at ease. My recent procedure with Hudson was unbelievably fast and efficient. I also managed to get the appointment at very short notice which was wonderful. I definitely recommend Dentist on the Rock.

I have been incredibly happy with the service I have received from Smiles Better and highly recommend them. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been polite, friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. Rebecca at Brandlesome dentistry is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. She has been so thorough in checking my teeth and very quick to book me in to fix the issues, she is very friendly and really explains the process thoroughly. Really down to earth lady who makes you feel at ease. Thank you so much! I must also add my 8 year old autistic child has been seeing Hafsah for a while now and she’s very gentle and kind which has really eased my child into coming to the dentist. The stickers off the reception staff (who are also very kind to her) are a big hit! All the staff are lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Hygienist Lisa was lovely and so friendly, I had a new Dentist called Imogen who i havent seen before who was also very friendly making my Dentist trip a more pleasant trip. I've found the receptionists to be very lovely also

If you want Invisalign, look here! brilliant practice. Super clean & feels hygienic. The staff are also super helpful with booking appointments and explaining my different options. I knew I wanted Invisalign, and after looking around I decided to check Whitefield Dental based on a recommendation of a friend who got their Invisalign from them. Dr Raihan broke down different treatments e.g. getting composites or crowns, as my teeth where pretty straight and I had gaps due to my teeth being very small. While also explaining the Invisalign process really well. I find the price to be very competitive based on what I’ve seen online & they also offered whitening at a great price. He explained how some people get fixed retainers at the end, or just use a night guard and it helped me make an informed decision to what I wanted. I had 20 weeks with them, and now I’m on 1 of 2 10 week extra optional adjustments (offered if you want a little extra to be done to your teeth). Currently on week 28/30-40 (don't think I’ll need the next adjustment). Massive thanks to Dr Raihan and Lisa, who provided very gentle care when getting my teeth prepped for my Invisalign retainers. I look forward to my before and after pictures

Had an amazing experience with the dentist Alexander Buchsbaum on Friday. Had an emergency appointment, called in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon, had to have my wisdom teeth taken off 🫣🫣I was so anxious to have it taken off. This Dental practice is a hidden Gem and that of exceptional staff, exceptional empathy for their clients I’ve had the same dentist for most of my life it was Mr Simmons on RADCLIFE new road, now retired under different management. Bury dental practice is to me… unbelievable and a little miracle of place, I will say the same for the staff and management, I would have swapped immediately to these wonderful people/ professionals. The team at Bury Dental Practice are amazing, I've never been a fan of going to the dentist due to gag issues and that's tended to result in moving dentist or not going. Came across Oakley via Instagram while having a poor experience with my dentist. Loved the welcoming atmosphere from the great reception staff through to the expert guidance from Danny to help me get my teeth looking just the way I want. Can’t recommend enough!

I've been with Oakley for over a year now and I can't imagine going anywhere else! I'd definitely consider myself a nervous patient but everyone at Oakley has been brilliant. I had multiple appointments to get work done under concious sedation with Adam last year, he made sure to explain everything in detail beforehand and made me feel at ease and listened to. I came to my first appointment extremely anxious, lots of tears and panic but thanks to Adam and the lovely staff at Oakley, by the final appointment I felt the most comfortable that I've ever felt coming in for an appointment, and my first time without crying! Recently I also had a dental hygiene appointment with Jaynisha and Chelsea who were both absolutely fabulous, they explained the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout, I felt safe and well looked after. Again, they made it as stress free as possible for a nervous patient like me. I truly cannot recommend Oakley dental enough! Everyone I've seen and spoke to there has been professional, kind and understanding. I no longer dread visits to the dentist which is something that I never thought would happen.

Adam and the team put a plan in place and to say I am delighted with the results would be an understatement. I was referred to Carisbrook by my dentist as I needed specialist root canal work. The whole team from the reception staff , Pamela the dental nurse and Moheen and Daniel could not have been kinder. I was so scared but I needn't have been, the whole team made me feel calm and despite my fears it really was not a painful experience. Thank you !!

I was recommended to this dental practice and after receiving excellent treatment from Rhys Gwyn I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them myself. I had root canal treatment and bridgework but best of all I had a new denture which is an excellent fit, for the first time I can wear a denture with confidence knowing it’s not going to move! Thank you Rhys you went to a lot of trouble over the months of my treatment and I would like you to know it was all worth it.

Quick efficient treatment- albeit more than 15 mins late. Price of root canal appears to be considerably more expensive than the figure I’d seen in the press and also by word of mouth. Very good procedure which took approximately 90 minutes and no follow up pain/ discomfort at all- so generally pleased. Dentist and nurse very helpful and informative

Been going to Carisbrook for about 6 years now. Tariq always does a great job, makes you feel at ease, explains everything and all the options in an open & honest way. Eg my crowns are brilliant! The hygienist Angela sillet is ace! Both do a top job!

Relaxing atmosphere, all appointments are on time. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Text reminders are sent few days before and the practice is always exceptionally clean.

Cannot over recommend this dentist, all the staff are friendly and more than helpful. A recent emergency extraction was needed and I was seen within 24 hours and the job done withing 15 painless minutes!
