Amazing customer service! I asked to be put on the NHS waiting list as there was no space currently, however, within minutes I had a call back saying some vacancies had just come come up out of the blue. I came in today to have two new crowns fitted. Mat and his lovely assistant Elle did a great job, they chatted to me throughout to make you feel at ease. Paula the hygiene specialist is also great as are the team on reception. Fantastic job all round "thanks guys" Kev

This was my first visit. Amal was very welcoming, polite. She listened carefully to my history and went through the options for treatment taking care to make sure I was comfortable. It was just a checkup so far so good. I'll be back in 6 months. Sheila

Longer form review The admin staff were warm and friendly, even during a very busy period, answered any questions I had and made things very clear to follow. I saw Dr Moiz for my treatment (fillings) and I would highly recommend. Throughout treatment I felt reassured, safe and pain free! As someone who hadn't been in a decade I was quite anxious, I was completely put at ease by everyone, especially Dr Moiz. Dr Moiz also answered any questions I had so I could make sense of what is happening and why. The advice Dr Moiz gave was really easy to understand and gave me a much better picture of dental hygiene! Additionally, the centre is visibly very clean, warm and comfy chairs to sit in.

After not visiting a dentist for over 12 years I was dreading going. I was so wrong to worry. 1. Parking is excellent. 2 All staff are so friendly/supportive from the minute I called. 3. The dentist is honest and their care/treatment is truly excellent. I highly recommend.

What a fabulous dentist, from the lovely friendly receptionist Sharman to the dental nurse, all very professional and friendly, they really couldn’t be more attentive and warming upon your arrival. Because let’s face it going to a dentist isn’t pleasant but after my visit here today I couldn’t be more happy that I chose Excel dental practice for my needed treatment, They really listen and have your care at their best interest, I look forward to my next visit. Oh My Smile offer excellent dental services and the treatment is second to none. I thoroughly recommend them. You are treated as an individual and shown how to improve your dental hygiene with encouragement and positive reinforcement. This in turn improves your general sense of health and well being. The dental check up is very thorough and involves checking your neck and jaw for any problems as well as regular scans to detect any changes early.

I've had to most positive Invisalign experience with Runeel at Oh My Smile. After having had a couple of consultations elsewhere and not feeling comfortable and listened to, I came across Oh My Smile and from my first consultation I felt confident in Runeel helping me achieve the smile I wanted. I am not usually a fan of going to the dentist… but I was made to feel so comfortable from the minute I walked through the door. From the lovely receptionist to the dental nurse and hygienist. Special shoutout to Saarah who made a very uncomfortable and invasive filling into an, almost, relaxing experience. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result, you can barely see a filling at all. A really well run, efficient and kind practice. A very pleasant receptionist (nice change from my local GP...) took my details and I was then treated by Rachael who put me at my ease immediately. My checkup was completed very smoothly with the dentist and her nurse (I think Jen?). Well done all, it's very hard to find NHS dentists, especially ones like this.

Rachel the dentist here is very professional and friendly. She's done a fantastic job on my teeth, 10/10. The rest of the staff are great and the practice is tip top. Very happy with the service indeed.

I had treatment (braces & composite bonding) at this dentist and I’m extremely satisfied with the end results. I now have the smile I have always desired. All of the staff are really friendly and I felt comfortable throughout all of the procedures I underwent to achieve the final results. The dentist is really clean and COVID safe I felt at ease every time I attended. Everything down to treatment was satisfactory and the overall price was very good too. It took just over 12 months for everything to be completed 👍🏻I would highly recommend John and all the staff at this practise to anyone wanting to see a reliable friendly professional dentist. Quite possibly the best dentist ever! John and the team have looked after my teeth for as long as I can remember and I could never fault them. I decided to have fixed braces again in my late twenties and I am so happy that I went back to John even after having moved to London. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

*Amazing* is the best way to describe the staff and John. I was quaking in my boots for the 1st visit but was put totally at ease so much so I booked further treatment that was advised by John for the next day. I have come out now with a perfect repair to my front tooth, a filling and an extraction. My fear has totally gone! Totally surpasses any other dentist I have seen in the last 50 years 🥰

The Dentists of Didsbury - easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The customer service is outstanding. You’re made to feel so welcome and the practice is spotless and so comfortable. I’ve had a few procedures recently - a particularly tricky root canal (5 canals when most teeth have 3!) and have just attended today to have a crown fitted. Naz and Oz are simply the best, they worked tirelessly to get the best outcome for me and they’re made me no longer fear the dentist! Really happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

I spent a lot of time and research speaking and seeing other dentist, before deciding to go with Paul at the Dental Lounge.. it was a great choice.' I'm a nervous person when it comes to going' but I was put at ease straight away. I explained what I wanted and what research I had done myself. Paul chatted with both my husband and I about options and what would be best for me. I have now had 3 dental bridges and I have never been happier. I was told if I wanted teeth to stay in my only option would be implants. Paul found a solution no other dentist offered and we felt more than confident with the information given. I love my new teeth and I cant thank Paul and all his colleagues for making me feel comfortable and confident in the process. I highly recommend the Dental Lounge to anyone, especially if a little nervous like me!

First time visiting The Dental Lounge, I saw Adrian and Heather for an initial check up and then to be fitted for whitening trays. They both immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Adrian is probably the best dentist I’ve ever seen in terms of his explanation of everything, as a non dentist it’s easy to just go along with what you’re being told without really knowing what’s going on so I really appreciated the way he explained everything , not just about the whitening process but about all of my teeth in general. Can’t recommend Adrian and Heather enough & really excited to see the results! Thank you.

First visit at The Dental Lounge, the waiting room is lovely! Adrian and Heather were fantastic, had my first set of x-rays and initial check, they ran through everything including useful monthly dental plan options that covers checkups, hygienist appts and dental emergencies!

An excellent practice. I have been a patient here for over 14 years. The practice has an amazing, modern feel. From the moment you open the door, the reception team are always friendly. Mo has been my dentist for a few years now. At today’s visit he reassured me that my teeth were in great shape and offered advice on how to maintain proper care. The hygienist did a great job of assessing my teeth and ensuring they were at their best. She is great at putting you at ease. Thank you team!

My first visit to the practice today after moving from a dentist outside of the area. Contact on the phone was easy and a convenient first check up was arranged. When I arrived the people on reception were polite, friendly and professional. I saw a nurse/technician? first for a scan then the dentist for my check up. Both appointments were on time. After seeing the dentist it was recommended I also see the hygienist, and an appointment was arranged for later that day. On returning later, that appointment was also on time. All three appointments went smoothly and I was very happy with the outcome. Some routine wear and tear work has been recommended and the decision was left with me whether I wanted to go ahead or not. I booked two more routine appointments for the same in six months time, while I was there. Overall very happy with the experience and the service I received today, and hopefully the start of a successful long term service.

My daughter was a patient at Cheadle Hulme Dental recently - this is her feedback: I was extremely excited for my Invisalign course but a bit nervous for my frenectomy procedure. I have now finished the course and I’m happy to say I’m very pleased with the outcome, it’s better than I expected following the frenectomy. The staff were so great and supportive towards me because I really am afraid of injections. They were extremely patient and didn’t rush me at all. I would highly recommend

I have been going to Shab for a long time now and over the years we have discussed different ways to improving my smile as I was not confident smiling for photos and just in general. We didn't land on a solution straight away as I was keen to wait a little longer in order for me to see what other options there might be. Then in March 2022 I decided it was time, and following on from a very detailed consultation my brace was made and fixed in place. I was shocked at how fast my teeth started to move and noticed a huge difference within the first month. Then after 9 month, the wait was finally over I could not believe the difference. After completing my whitening treatment and after a few minor tweaks I was finally ready for my close up! I am so happy and grateful for everything Shab has done. I feel completely different and cannot stop smiling. I would absolutely recommend Cheadle Village Dental Surgery and can honestly say every visit feels like it's your first.
