Amazing dentists. Appointments readily available. Very understanding and great receptionists. 5*** service at affordable prices especially with monthly rate. They also don’t mis-sell you things and have a genuine interest in your needs and wants. No pressure!!

I've seen Nicole and Natalie over the last couple weeks and have been made to feel comfortable and at ease for both visits. Treatments thoroughly explained and very thorough. All staff I've met have made me feel at ease. Very clean and professional waiting area and consult rooms and welcoming friendly reception staff. I won't dread coming to the dentist now I come here! Very professional team. Very responsive to email & phone queries. The team work with you to achieve the results you want, they present all the options available and they will not pressure you into the most expensive option. Very well maintained practice and very clean. Plenty of free parking next door too. There is also a choice of payment options and credit options if required.

I got teeth whitening done by Dr Ben and it was a great experience. The reception staff are friendly and the waiting area was very comfortable. Dr Ben came and greeted me and led me to the treatment room which made me feel more relaxed than a regular visit to the dentist where you’re called in. From there I found the rest of the appointment relaxed and Ben thoroughly explained the process. Overall a much nicer visit to the dentist than usual. Thanks

Since first going to this dental practice Dr Shah and the team have looked after my dental health with great care and attention. They always explain aspects of my dental care in detail and make sure that I know how best to look after my teeth, in particular gum care.

I have been going to the practice for over 40 years and found them to be very good and understanding as I am a nervous patient. The dentist Mr Shah explains everything very clearly and is very thorough. Gill the hygienist is also excellent and I cannot fault the service she and advice she gives me. The receptionist is lovely and the dentist’s assistants Gabby and Jazz are lovely. Gill’s assistant is also very good and understands my needs. I would recommend this dental practice.

I registered with this dental practice last year and the care I have had is amazing! I feel that I am getting the best possible treatment, the dentists are so thoughtful and planned my treatments in line with my financial ability. I had to have an emergency appointment and was treated immediately with the best care. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I saw Philip today for invisiline consultation and he was very thorough and explained everything clearly making me feel at easy and comfortable throughout! Wendy on reception was then very informative on finance options explaining all options available in a kind and patient manner! All staff at this practice are friendly and always have smiles on their faces. Thank you for making me feel so at ease at coming to the dentist!

Staffs really good and helpful, the clinic its really clean their doctors are amazing , they know what they doing and before they do something they tells you all the steps and if you are happy with it they go forward . Specially doctor Thomas , he gave me my smile back . Like most, dentists have never been my preferred place to visit but coming to Thornley Park Dental isn’t like any other dentist. This is a place where every person that works here makes you feel comfortable, confident and reassured that you’re in good hands. From stepping into the practice and being greeted by a great reception team to having the work carried out, you’re guaranteed to feel at ease. I came to Thornley Park for the first time around 6 weeks ago for a consultation around some cosmetic work and met with the fantastic Dr Aquila and Anya. They ran me through options, explained the benefits and the risks and were completely open and honest without being pushy on an agreement. Aquila is a brilliant dentist and I can’t thank her enough for the last 6 weeks and the work she has completed! Thank you to all of team Thornley Park - it’s been a great experience and we’ll see each other every 6 months for a check up!

As far as visits to the dentist go, this is a great practice. The staff are friendly and the dentist I see,Sharan, is absolutely fantastic. Really friendly and knowledgeable and gives great advice on looking after your teeth. The surgery is also spotless. Very highly recommend 👌

This practice has been so helpful for my Mum. Hadn’t been to the dentist in years. Alison and the dentist were so kind and considerate and have really improved her quality of life. As someone who was terrified of dentists, I cannot recommend this dentist enough. I had a tooth messed up really badly by a previous dentist so was scared to attend the dentist for 10 years. In the short time I've been at this dentist Miss Atcha has been kind, gentle and empathetic at every appointment. She's been patient with my anxiety and has built a relationship and trust with me. Best dentist I've been with. Reception staff and dental assistants are also lovely and take the time to remember your name etc. Just an all round generally great dentist and very happy they could take me on ❤️

My son accidentally broke my front teeth and I had already had problems with them. The. best solution was veneers. I was so anxious about having them and them looking strange but Dr Prasad was so patient and informative. She was just as concerned about the quality of the out come and my happiness with the results that it really put me at ease. The whole practice is amazing and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Another bonus is the no interest finance option that is great and made the process stress free and affordable

Jodie is excellent she listened to my concerns and was incredibly kind and proffesional, an amazing lady and fantastic at her job 10/10 would recommend to anyone !

The reception team Ola and Jodie were really welcoming when I went for my appointments and the dentist Riana and her nurse both times were amazing and put me at ease after being nervous about my appointments can't thank them enough never thought I'd be able to get into a dentist again due to my fear :)
