thank you very much to everyone at the practice who helped me get sorted out with my root canal treatment last month and yesterday. The dentist I saw was Jonathan Skidmore and dental nurse Zoe and they made me feel so welcomed, looked after and felt that I was in really good hands. The treatment has been a massive success and I’m happy with the outcome. I also wanted to say thank you to Abdul who organised my appointment and I was able to bring me in at short notice due to my symptoms, I was extremely grateful for this! I work in private medical care and I often forget how daunting it can be like to be the patient, but the level of care, knowledge and professionalism has been second to none and I really wanted to say I heartfelt thank you, for not making me want to dread dental treatment! Looking forward to continuing with more treatment later in the year.

I had not visited in nearly 2 years so visiting today and meeting Louisa, who was very professional and clearly is passionate about orthodontics, made me feel calm and worry free, Pauline aided her with precision and really went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I needed for my assessment. Had a private emergency dental appointment last Friday. Receptionist took my call and swiftly arranged an appointment at 3pm on the same day. Very helpful and efficient. No time wasted. I received care from Tiphanie and Catherine. Both were very professional and friendly making the whole experience a very pleasant one. Tiphanie was very careful and patient explaining what to expect from an emergency appointment, examining my problem and explaining my options. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental centre to anyone.

I have been a patient at the Valance practice fo over 40 years. I have never had any problems or negative experiences with the treatment provided. I always get to speak to an advisor and if I need emergency treatment they always fit me in . All the dentists that have treated me always provide advice and support that is beneficial to me . I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends

Ilana and Klaudia took several months to create the perfect removable dentures to complement my own teeth. The attention to detail and care, has been outstanding, my self confidence and social interactions, eating and emotional well being has been restored. Had an amazing experience with the dentist Alexander Buchsbaum on Friday. Had an emergency appointment, called in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon, had to have my wisdom teeth taken off 🫣🫣I was so anxious to have it taken off. Gartside street dental lounge have really helped me out in times of need! They really value their patients which is evident in the way they treat and communicate with their patients. The service you recieve is second to none and I can rely on them in times of need, without having to worry! Dr Batt is a part of our family. I first visited him as part of his old practice, and I ensure to visit him at Gartside St. He has helped my family countless times, including curing my wife's severe phobia of dentists - she now looks forward to going to see him, and her family now visit Dr Batt for all dental checkups and procedures. His team are professionals and excellent in all they do. I cannot recommend them enough, and I recommend to anyone who seeks excellent service and genuine care.

I have been a patient of Dr Nilesh for more than 3 years and the minimum I can give is five stars. I had a serious problem with a wisdom tooth and my face was swollen and after the extraction not only my pain was immediately gone, but the symmetry of my face was restored in a few months. I have since removed another wisdom tooth which was also causing problem and again the service was top notch. Although I am not a dentist, every time I go for an appointment or hygiene it feels like I am on a dentist class with the explanation of the procedure. I genuinely cannot recommend another place if you need dental care.

Everyone at Ruh Dental is so nice and welcoming, I cannot recommend them enough! Amy was so helpful and always there when I needed advice or had any questions. I chose to go to Dr Amit for composite bonding and I am so happy with the results! I discussed with Dr Amit how I wanted my teeth to look and they are even better than I imagined, he is a perfectionist and the best at what he does! The Dentists of Didsbury - easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The customer service is outstanding. You’re made to feel so welcome and the practice is spotless and so comfortable. I’ve had a few procedures recently - a particularly tricky root canal (5 canals when most teeth have 3!) and have just attended today to have a crown fitted. Naz and Oz are simply the best, they worked tirelessly to get the best outcome for me and they’re made me no longer fear the dentist! Really happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

2 days post op, healing okay (I think lol), never in my life have a I dealt with a dentist that has gone above and beyond to help me. I had a very tough time after the anaesthetic, shaking and screaming but I didn't eat prior, my bad! After a 20 minute back rub from my dentist and the lovely helper feeding me sugar/energy tablets, I got both of my right wisdom teeth removed. The removal was a walk in the park! Hoping the diziness I was suffering with them will now go as I've had them removed. I was on a 2 year NHS waiting list and I'd already lost 9 months of my life from struggling with them. Dr Ali (I think) assured me throughout and answered all my questions, even the ones I asked multiple times. Please don't hesitate to see this dentist! I don't care how much it cost, I'm finally half way through being pain free! I can't thank them enough. Amazing help and they fit in me in same day withina few hours of whatsapping! Thanks so much 🖤

Absolutely terrified of dentists , but necessary as massive hole on tooth causing severe issues. Dr Hassan was brilliant . Explained it well. Very gentle calm manner. Extracted the tooth as too far gone. But the relief 😂 Can't recommend him enough . Price was a bit ouch though totalling 350 but what price your sanity ? Top man , top service same day appointment. Don't be in pain. Book him

Had an emergency appointment on Sunday 3rd of November with severe tooth ache. Making an appointment was very easy and was seen by Dentist Dr Ali. I was immediately made to feel at ease and after my consultation my options were clearly explained to me and tooth extraction was my chosen option 20 minutes after arriving I was leaving , being treated and pain free.. The next day a follow up from the surgery via text arrived just to check I was well after my treatment. Thank you Dr Ali and your assistant

I had a severe toothache in the midnight and contacted the clinic and they immediately booked me in for the earliest time slot next morning, Dr Hasan did a perfect root canal treatment and my pain was gone after the session. And I've never had issues after that. Highly recommended.

I havent been to any dentist in 4 years, keept postponing as it took me many years to find my previous dentist (not in UK). Eventually my gums gave up and I had no choice but to get a check up. I am SO Happy I found this place! I booked up for a checkup, thinking it would be maybe weeks till I get a descaling apptm. that I desperately needed. But - I had my check up, and was asked if I wanted a descaling then and there. Now, I had always struggled with that, sensitive, weak gums, the seat is more or less a torture chair - and often times, a lenghty process. Not this time. The reassurance from both Bethan and her assistant made the process made such a difference: both were telling me what is happening, which area was going to get targeted next and how well I am doing (sounds silly but it helped a lot) and I didnt feel rushed when I needed a minute. Also surprisingly it felt so much quicker than any of my previous experiences. I have always felt anxious and insecure to go to dentist, I am sure most of us dread the word, but I can say with confidence that I am looking forward for my 6mths checkup. Finished my course of treatment by Charlie and Joanne and my next appointment is in 6 months. Honestly a calming experience it has been. No nervousness waiting to go in and so friendly and professional. Feels like I've known them for years. My only complaint is that I wasn't in the chair long enough to have a good chat with them both. I haven't been to a dentist in many years following a bad experience and anxiety. This place, however, is different. Dentist & nurse are down to earth, accomodating and most importantly to me, gentle. They also have a solid website with visible availability so it's easy to book. I was 15 mins late to my appointment and they still saw me, so a big thank you for that.

I had an amazing experience at the practice today, my kids have been using here for a while now. I only just joined them after being on the waiting list for few months and i am happy. The staffs are friendly. Joanne and Charlie attended to me they made my experience wonderful.
