Had an amazing experience with the dentist Alexander Buchsbaum on Friday. Had an emergency appointment, called in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon, had to have my wisdom teeth taken off 🫣🫣I was so anxious to have it taken off. Dentist was so so gentle that I didn’t feel any pain, was so relieved when was done. Thank you 🙏

The staffs are friendly. Joanne and Charlie attended to me they made my experience wonderful. I haven't been to a dentist in many years following a bad experience and anxiety. This place, however, is different. Dentist & nurse are down to earth, accomodating and most importantly to me, gentle. They also have a solid website with visible availability so it's easy to book. I was 15 mins late to my appointment and they still saw me, so a big thank you for that.

I havent been to any dentist in 4 years, keept postponing as it took me many years to find my previous dentist (not in UK). Eventually my gums gave up and I had no choice but to get a check up. I am SO Happy I found this place! I booked up for a checkup, thinking it would be maybe weeks till I get a descaling apptm. that I desperately needed. But - I had my check up, and was asked if I wanted a descaling then and there. Now, I had always struggled with that, sensitive, weak gums, the seat is more or less a torture chair - and often times, a lenghty process. Not this time. The reassurance from both Bethan and her assistant made the process made such a difference: both were telling me what is happening, which area was going to get targeted next and how well I am doing (sounds silly but it helped a lot) and I didnt feel rushed when I needed a minute. Also surprisingly it felt so much quicker than any of my previous experiences. I have always felt anxious and insecure to go to dentist, I am sure most of us dread the word, but I can say with confidence that I am looking forward for my 6mths checkup. Dr Batt is a part of our family. I first visited him as part of his old practice, and I ensure to visit him at Gartside St. He has helped my family countless times, including curing my wife's severe phobia of dentists - she now looks forward to going to see him, and her family now visit Dr Batt for all dental checkups and procedures. His team are professionals and excellent in all they do. I cannot recommend them enough, and I recommend to anyone who seeks excellent service and genuine care.

I have been a patient of Dr Nilesh for more than 3 years and the minimum I can give is five stars. I had a serious problem with a wisdom tooth and my face was swollen and after the extraction not only my pain was immediately gone, but the symmetry of my face was restored in a few months. I have since removed another wisdom tooth which was also causing problem and again the service was top notch. Although I am not a dentist, every time I go for an appointment or hygiene it feels like I am on a dentist class with the explanation of the procedure. I genuinely cannot recommend another place if you need dental care.

Everyone at Ruh Dental is so nice and welcoming, I cannot recommend them enough! Amy was so helpful and always there when I needed advice or had any questions. thank you very much to everyone at the practice who helped me get sorted out with my root canal treatment last month and yesterday. The dentist I saw was Jonathan Skidmore and dental nurse Zoe and they made me feel so welcomed, looked after and felt that I was in really good hands. The treatment has been a massive success and I’m happy with the outcome. I also wanted to say thank you to Abdul who organised my appointment and I was able to bring me in at short notice due to my symptoms, I was extremely grateful for this! I work in private medical care and I often forget how daunting it can be like to be the patient, but the level of care, knowledge and professionalism has been second to none and I really wanted to say I heartfelt thank you, for not making me want to dread dental treatment! Had a private emergency dental appointment last Friday. Receptionist took my call and swiftly arranged an appointment at 3pm on the same day. Very helpful and efficient. No time wasted. I received care from Tiphanie and Catherine. Both were very professional and friendly making the whole experience a very pleasant one. Tiphanie was very careful and patient explaining what to expect from an emergency appointment, examining my problem and explaining my options. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental centre to anyone.

I have been a patient at the Valance practice fo over 40 years. I have never had any problems or negative experiences with the treatment provided. I always get to speak to an advisor and if I need emergency treatment they always fit me in . All the dentists that have treated me always provide advice and support that is beneficial to me . The Dentists of Didsbury - easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The customer service is outstanding. You’re made to feel so welcome and the practice is spotless and so comfortable. I’ve had a few procedures recently - a particularly tricky root canal (5 canals when most teeth have 3!) and have just attended today to have a crown fitted. Naz and Oz are simply the best, they worked tirelessly to get the best outcome for me and they’re made me no longer fear the dentist! Really happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

I registered with the practice on an emergency basis after experiencing a dental abscess and ongoing issues with my tooth. I was registered and seen on the same day. Dr Ross was amazing, guiding me through treatment options and was able to save my tooth through completing root canal treatment and fitting a crown. He ensured I was as comfortable as possible, providing pain relief, breaks when needed and aftercare advice. I couldn’t recommend Dr Ross and the practice enough.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I really like that you can now book online through a link that was sent to me via a text. Dentist kept me informed with what they were doing and future treatment.

The dentist has helped me to understand care of my teeth better and has not taken an overly invasive approach. But he did do the necessary work to restore my teeth to a better state than before which I hope I can now maintain. I am grateful for a good service.
