Had an amazing experience with the dentist Alexander Buchsbaum on Friday. Had an emergency appointment, called in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon, had to have my wisdom teeth taken off 🫣🫣I was so anxious to have it taken off. I have been a patient of Dr Nilesh for more than 3 years and the minimum I can give is five stars. I had a serious problem with a wisdom tooth and my face was swollen and after the extraction not only my pain was immediately gone, but the symmetry of my face was restored in a few months. I have since removed another wisdom tooth which was also causing problem and again the service was top notch. Although I am not a dentist, every time I go for an appointment or hygiene it feels like I am on a dentist class with the explanation of the procedure. I genuinely cannot recommend another place if you need dental care.

I recently had root canal treatment and a crown and as usual I received a first class professional service from Dr Bhatt and his team. They are friendly, caring and informative and since I have been coming here I am much more confident with my smile and dental care. I would definitely recommend this excellent practice.

I have been a patient at the Valance practice fo over 40 years. I have never had any problems or negative experiences with the treatment provided. I always get to speak to an advisor and if I need emergency treatment they always fit me in . All the dentists that have treated me always provide advice and support that is beneficial to me . Had a private emergency dental appointment last Friday. Receptionist took my call and swiftly arranged an appointment at 3pm on the same day. Very helpful and efficient. No time wasted. I received care from Tiphanie and Catherine. Both were very professional and friendly making the whole experience a very pleasant one. Tiphanie was very careful and patient explaining what to expect from an emergency appointment, examining my problem and explaining my options. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental centre to anyone.

I had not visited in nearly 2 years so visiting today and meeting Louisa, who was very professional and clearly is passionate about orthodontics, made me feel calm and worry free, Pauline aided her with precision and really went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I needed for my assessment. I’ve been at this dentist now for quite a few years. I’ve always had a positive experience. Both dentists that I have had Rob and Roshni are lovely. And if you aren’t a fan of the dentist like me these 2 are great at making you feel comfortable in that seat. Highly recommend.

I haven't been to a dentist in many years following a bad experience and anxiety. This place, however, is different. Dentist & nurse are down to earth, accomodating and most importantly to me, gentle. They also have a solid website with visible availability so it's easy to book. I was 15 mins late to my appointment and they still saw me, so a big thank you for that.

The Dentists of Didsbury - easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The customer service is outstanding. You’re made to feel so welcome and the practice is spotless and so comfortable. I’ve had a few procedures recently - a particularly tricky root canal (5 canals when most teeth have 3!) and have just attended today to have a crown fitted. Naz and Oz are simply the best, they worked tirelessly to get the best outcome for me and they’re made me no longer fear the dentist! Really happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

The dentist has helped me to understand care of my teeth better and has not taken an overly invasive approach. But he did do the necessary work to restore my teeth to a better state than before which I hope I can now maintain. I am grateful for a good service.

Excellent service from this establishment. It did not take long to get an appointment and that the dentists and receptionists were very professional. The dentists were very informative to their patients, letting them know all of their options before proceeding and were overall an excellent service. They also offered care after the procedure free of charge in case there were to be any issues after your visit. Would definitely go back here for future operations.

Amazing and friendly service! I needed to get my wisdom tooth surgically extracted, as my dentist couldn't do it, and needed an emergency appointment. Got it booked the first thing in the morning and after the scans and tests got it removed with the filling being done on another tooth as well. Didn't take too long at all. Pricing a bit more expensive than my usual dentist, but that's to be expected as this is an emergency service and the dentist who was treating me was very good and knowledgeable.
