At every point of contact from the moment I walked in, I was greeted and treated very well. The dentist himself was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and answered all the my questions, the best dental practice I've come across.

Had an appointment today to replace a bit of an old filling. I am an extremely nervous patient with a phobia of injections. The dentist and assistant very sympathetic and supportive, and in the end the treatment was done without having to have any local anaesthesia. Also they do not pressure to go ahead with unnecessary treatments, and explore options openly without any mystery. Explained everything clearly, including explaining my x-rays to me. Very happy. I hope this dentist stays.

The first time at this dentist the receptionist is very friendly and welcoming and does a great job. I found the dentist was efficient in his work. He was very nice and calming. I would definitely recommend this dental practice

Saw Gemma the dental hygienist this morning for the first time ... together with her assistant, Blue. I know some people do not like going to the dentist (I am not one of them by the way but in the past I have found excuses not to go) but everyone at City Centre Dental Practice is so welcoming and make you feel at ease. Gemma and Blue were superb ... they completed a full oral hygiene assessment before carrying hygiene techniques that were far in advance of what I have ever experienced before. Gemma explained everything she was doing and also what extra studies she was undertaking. It filled me with great confidence. She also explained and demonstrated how to use an electric toothbrush to maximise the cleaning of the teeth and also improve gum health ... within minutes you could really feel the difference. In summary, Gemma and Blue were excellent and I have rebooked for 2 months time as part of my overall treatment plan. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As the Pam Eyres ditty went ... "If only I had looked after my tooth!!!"

Went for my first cleaning in I-don't-know-how-long. Summer did the cleaning for me with support from Daniel, and both were incredibly nice and kind and put me at ease throughout (I have extremely high dental anxiety). Thank you for helping me feel more confident in my smile and for helping me not freak out during session ❤️❤️❤️

The dentist, Dr. Michael Chu is very attentive and patient, and his technique is also very professional. Frequently inquired if I could raise my hand if I felt uncomfortable and would explain to me every step carried out. Every procedure reassures me. In addition, he is more than happy to answer my dental questions.

I have been attending Pearl smile dentist at Dinsbury for the past 12 months. I have been under the care of Dr Nilesh Bhavsar, he had treated me with care and respect and explained different options of treatment and the best cost for my needs. Dr Nilesh approach has been very caring and professional and has taken the time to explain every procedure before it takes place. Prior to treatment I was lacking confidence to smile, after extensive oral treatment Dr Nilesh has given my the confidence back to smile and not be embarrassed. Everyone from reception to the dental nurses and hygienist had been very friendly, respectful and helpful....A big thanks to everyone and I will highly recommend your services.

I have been at this dentist for over 30 years and from single dentist to a group (PearlSmile), always NHS, and largely treated well. The current set up is clean, friendly and Rebecca is first class. She has handled my phobias and worries in a supportive way and seems only to undertake necessary work in my mouth. Highly recommended

I registered with the practice on an emergency basis after experiencing a dental abscess and ongoing issues with my tooth. I was registered and seen on the same day. Dr Ross was amazing, guiding me through treatment options and was able to save my tooth through completing root canal treatment and fitting a crown. He ensured I was as comfortable as possible, providing pain relief, breaks when needed and aftercare advice. I couldn’t recommend Dr Ross and the practice enough.

Dr Ahmad is a highly skilled, professional and knowledgeable dentist. Completed my root canal and crown without any pain and checked in throughout the procedures. I would highly recommend him.

I have found Dr Ahmad to be professional, personable and highly experienced. Had cris for my appointment he was very professional sat me down and went threw the options for my tooth, i had problems with my previous dentist not being able to do the work needed as being referred to westpoint, cris removed the tooth with ease leaving me pain free can't thank him enough would definitely recommend.

Went to the hygienist today, Mo was brilliant my teeth had the best clean ever, he was so lovely and happy like he enjoys his job, made me feel at ease, would definitely recommend to book in with him. My dentist here is, Omar Zourob. He is absolutely brilliant at his work and has recently completed a permanent lower front denture for myself. To say I'm pleased with it is an understatement! It was a fairly lengthy process, but Omar helped and guided me through every single step of the way and kept me both comfortable with my temporary denture and reassured with the long term outcome. He is a wonderful dentist and a true gentleman. His assistants are always absolutely top notch too. These include, Tilly and Megan, and a couple of others whose names escape me, but they are always so lovely and helpful. Thank you Westpoint Dental Centre for all of your efforts.

I’ve been a patient at Westpoint Dental Practice since 2021, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to switch after my wife, who is usually very anxious about dental visits, had such a positive experience with Dr. Bilal. From the beginning, Dr. Bilal reassured me that he could restore my smile, and over the past four years, he has done exactly that. My treatment included root canal work by Dr. Bilal and Dr. Kelly, crowns, and replacing old silver fillings with white composites. Last year, after improving my oral hygiene, Dr. Bilal did my braces to realign my teeth. That process took about a year and made a noticeable difference. Finally, with the addition of veneers last month, my teeth now look absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. The entire team at Westpoint Dental Practice has been outstanding. The reception staff, nurses, and other team members have always been pleasant, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making every visit a positive experience. My father has been attending this practice for over 20 years, he wouldn’t go anywhere else. The practice always provides an excellent and friendly service. Dr Sajjadi and the whole team at the practice are brilliant. I would highly recommend this practice.

The dentist Amnah has been amazing throughout, Never had any problems. I've always experienced a friendly approach when visiting and also when I've rang to make appointments the receptionist has always been very helpful, she will always ring and remind me about upcoming appointments, and always works appointments around the children so they don't miss out on school. The hygienist is also very good. Overall I'm really really happy with the service I receive.

I don’t usually write reviews, however this dental surgery warrants a 5 star review. Dr Amnah Sarwar is amazing and the best dentist I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. She’s always polite and friendly with a smile on her face. She’s happy to answer a million questions I ask and I trust her professional judgement and sound advice. Great banter and good atmosphere too. The surgery is clean and tidy and appointments are generally on schedule too, which is a bonus. Nothing worse than having to wait for your appointment when you’re already dreading the treatment while suffering in pain. I often compare this waiting period to being held in an interrogation room waiting to be tortured 😜 I have a phobia of visiting the dentist, however these guys make it an easy, fuss free experience which I really appreciate. I’ve had fillings, root canal and hygiene treatment (scale & polish) without any issues. Hannah the lead nurse is also great, always friendly and welcoming. I would highly highly recommend this dental practice to anyone and everyone.

I have been receiving treatment by Dr Ten, and I can honestly say that he and the team at Birch dental have been brilliant. Dr ten has been amazing while dealing with my dental needs. After every visit for my treatment plan I have left with a feeling of genuine care by him. It’s very difficult to find a dental practice that can take new NHS patients on, I have had to use a few emergency dentist’s recently and it’s hit and miss with the care you receive. I cannot fault this practice in anyway whatsoever. Absolutely wonderful.if you are a patient here consider yourself lucky.

Great dentist I had a huge chip on my front tooth and the service was great it may have been a little wait to see the dentist but they really do make up for it . I am very happy and the staff are very friendly . I advise anybody who needs treatment to definitely go here .

Ten out of ten service from Dr Ten and the reception team. Came on a weekday for an emergency NHS appointment and the wait time was about 30 minutes. Dr Ten was incredibly efficient and also gave very useful tips along the way. He also disclosed the pricing at the start which was extremely helpful. Reception was lovely too. Overall would recommend!
