Found Josh, from Mullockslocks.com, through an advert in a local community group. Discovered a problem with a UPVC window lock that would not open, made a call to Josh who listened to my problem, had an idea of the issue, then made an appointment to visit my home. The appointment was not an emergency and Josh came out a few days later, he arrived at the planned time and also messaged me before hand to confirm he was on his way, he reviewed the job and quoted a good price, at that point I expected to make another appointment for the works but Josh said he could do it now and went to his van for his tools and parts. As the windows was in the locked position he needed to removed the double glazed unit and the surrounding seals. That’s when the issues started, the lock mechanism was absolutely seized up, it took more time than expected and the use of a hacksaw and drill to eventually remove the locking mechanism. After that it was an easy job for Josh to fit a new locking mechanism and replace the window unit as good as new. Josh left the area clean and tidy and removed all the waste materials. I expected to be charged extra for the additional time spent doing the work but Josh said the price was as originally agreed. I will definitely use Josh if I require any more UPVC works, and I would highly recommend his services. Thank you Josh

Couldn't be happier with the service! I phoned Simon in the morning, and within a couple of hours he was able to come out and lift our front door which had dropped, and he also replaced the old lock with a nice new one, which has fixed the issues we were having with the door. The guys came out promptly to assess an issue with a seized lock on our door, and then we're able to get the parts and full lock replacement quickly. Alongside that they were able to modify another door replacing an unfit for purpose lock. Both doors now fit and operate much better than they ever have before.

I had an issue with the lock to the front door of a buy-to-let we have in south Manchester and contacted City Lock & Safe Ltd, as they had a 5* review. What a great company, James called to confirm his arrival the next day at 09:30. Sorted the issue out and called me immediately afterwards to confirm he completed the job with a new lock barrel. He also explained how I could register the key for added security. Job done, tenants happy and at a very reasonable price. Terry and Scott from city lock and safe Ltd arrived and speedily changed 5 doors with 3 star euro cylinder locks in quick time. Gave me a call prior to arriving and were gone in 50 minutes !! After locking myself out of my house and being messed around by another company, I got in touch with Kirsten who was able to come out within 20 minutes and managed to get me back into my house within minutes of arriving. Her call out fee was very reasonable and she said she would try and get me in without having to drill or replace the lock, which she managed to do. Damien was amazing. He worked constantly but had a polite conversation with me throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I just wanted the locks changed but, because my door clunks a bit when the lock turns (which it has always done), he wasn't happy and kept making adjustments until the door locked smoothly. He also fixed my conservatory door for me even though I hadn't called him out for that. I can't say enough about him. I would definitely use this company again, for all my security needs.

Ryno locksmiths fitted a new alarm in our house . They were very professional and friendly. They removed some of the old system very neatly. They also replaced a damage cable with a new one to the telephone box , improving our internet coverage. They were both very knowledgeable and ensured the alarm system covered all key areas. They fully explain how to use the system and walked us through the system and use of the app and the key fob . They gave us a call the next day to check we were ok with the system and had no problems. We would definitely recommend them to others
