We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. I would recommend Chris to everyone and want to thank Chris for being so helpful and efficient.

What a great guy Remi is. Needed a new ignition barrel, and this was all done and sorted within 1 day. The price was almost half what I had been quoted from other places. I highly recommend this great guy. We were stuck at a beach in Liverpool with three children and he arrived within half an hour. He had all the gear and handed us a new key in no time! Five star, I will call him even if I am far away as I know he will get me back on the road

I rang after I was locked out of my car after a 12 hour shift early in the morning. Excellent service 👌 Contacted Paul for two replacement fobs on my car and partners van on the Thursday . He come out on a Saturday which he doesn't normally do. Had the fobs made within 10/15 minutes. Also needed a spare key for my car as it didn't have one. This one was very tricky as the car had been broken into. Paul tried and tried but unfortunately the lock was to damaged and the barrel needed changing all together. Paul showed us what we needed, how to do this and even had a look at home if he had a replacement. Excellent service. Highly recommend 👌

Highly recommend!! The car key was in the ignition and had gotten locked in the car due to faulty electrics. I rang Paul, got a quote there and then and he was with us within 2 hours, job sorted. He responded to my WhatsApp message very quickly and kept in contact with me regarding the time of his arrival. The job was quickly sorted and no mess made to the car or lock. Far cheaper and quicker than AAs quote of a 3 day wait!

Mike was great, quick response to google chat in under 10 mins, told me he’d need to come out to see the door before he could give a no obligation quote on work needed with no call out fee. Gave me a time he’d call in the morning to arrange coming down and stuck to it. Got here and informed me of the problem and gave a fair price. Job was done within an hour of getting here. Went above and beyond and tightened the frame and hinge screws and made the door and lock better than it was before it broke. Highly recommended. Great chap! 👍

Excellent communication - contacted Mike in the evening to ask if he could come and look at the door, as it wasn't locking. Mike offered some suggestions for us to try first, which was very helpful. After trying the suggestions, the door still wouldn't lock. Mike was straight out to us and gave us a price for fixing the problem (a price that he stuck by). Mike was on time, reliable and respectful of our property. I would definitely recommend to others.
