Just had Matt out as was locked out due to a broken lock. Very fast, was here in 20min, efficient and knowledgeable. Fitted a new lock at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend

Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

Just absolutely fabulous. Called mid afternoon as mums front door lock had broken, and her key was stuck in it. He came straight from a job in Salford and changed the barrel within 15 mins. Just an outstanding gentleman. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a locksmith.

I had a new lock fitted and had a fantastic experience. Mick was on time and very fast. He took the time to explain the warranties and registration of the new keys. I was able to pay with my card and I like how they have an actual shop. Would recommended to anyone.

I rang after I was locked out of my car after a 12 hour shift early in the morning. He was very kind and understanding of my situation and agreed to come out, he was further away than I realised but still came and was very reasonably priced. Excellent service 👌 Contacted Paul for two replacement fobs on my car and partners van on the Thursday . He come out on a Saturday which he doesn't normally do. Had the fobs made within 10/15 minutes. Also needed a spare key for my car as it didn't have one. This one was very tricky as the car had been broken into. Paul tried and tried but unfortunately the lock was to damaged and the barrel needed changing all together. Paul showed us what we needed, how to do this and even had a look at home if he had a replacement. Excellent service. Highly recommend 👌

Highly recommend!! The car key was in the ignition and had gotten locked in the car due to faulty electrics. I rang Paul, got a quote there and then and he was with us within 2 hours, job sorted. He responded to my WhatsApp message very quickly and kept in contact with me regarding the time of his arrival. The job was quickly sorted and no mess made to the car or lock. Far cheaper and quicker than AAs quote of a 3 day wait!

John rescued me! I'd lost my keys on a morning run, rang JM Locksmiths and explained the situation, asking him to "pencil" me in for 5pm in case i found the keys or located a spare. He quoted a reasonable price. When I couldn't find a spare, John arrived and although it took him longer to pick the lock than expected (apparently it was a really good dead lock) he honoured the quote. Delighted, and thoroughly recommend.

Had to call out an emergency locksmith during a weekend evening due to the operating mechanism in my upvc door failing which prevented it from locking. After attempting to contact a number of local 24 hr locksmiths who would not answer their phones I decided to try Lowton Locks. I must say that I was not disappointed when the owner Kelvin answered the phone immediately and said he would attend within the hour. Very friendly chap who quickly made a temporary repair to the mechanism which allowed the door to be locked The gearbox in the mechanism had failed which required a new one and he promised to return Monday morning to fit a new part. Again not disappointed as he returned punctually as stated , replaced the gearbox and carried out adjustments to the hinges. The door now works better than it did when new and overall I was very pleased with the level of service.

We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. I would recommend Chris to everyone and want to thank Chris for being so helpful and efficient.
