Steve was absolutely brilliant it was an emergency call out, he was here very quickly and communicated really well to reassure me on the time he would arrive as I had my dog locked inside the house and I was quite anxious about that. Would highly recommend this company, Steve came out at short notice on a Sunday morning as I was trapped in my flat, the lock & mechanism had gone on my front door which wouldn’t open. He was polite, professional and explained what had broken & what & why it needed replacing.

My patio door handle broke, leaving me unable to open it. Andy came round the day I called, and managed to get the door open, without damaging it, and replaced the mechanism. We have utilised this service on a number of occasions for jobs inside and outside the home. It’s always important to have someone you trust working inside your home especially where locks are concerned. Andy has always been prompt in responding to any requests made. He even turned out at very short notice to fit a new door mechanism to our daughters flat in Helmshore. He has fitted new and more secure locks to all the doors on the ground floor of our house. He has also removed and replaced old padlocks that had rusted on our garage. As a result of work carried out on our property he been asked to complete other tasks for neighbours. Great guy, got in touch, explained my situation. He confidently said he would be able to help me when others i phoned sounded unsure. He was 40 minutes away. Turned up bang on time. Solved the problem and i drove away happy. Would definitely use again. Very reasonably priced compared to others around. Had a good laugh and joke while he was fixing the problem.

Came to help at really short notice, whilst the weather was freezing and roads covered in snow, after my elderly mother had locked her car keys inside her car (with the engine running). Highly recommend Elite365 My grandma had a new back patio door fitted a few months back (NOT by elite365) sadly the botched up the job leaving it difficult for her to unlock/lock the door to the point it caused physical pain. After a lot of back and forth with the original guy who fitted the door he just stopped answering and advised nothing was wrong I recommend Elite365 to her (as originally changed the locks when we moved into a new property, again amazing job, can't fault) Sadly, a lot of faults and issues with the door where found, but Elite365 explained them and showed my grandma. Had a uPVC side door which was locked shut, rang Elite365 Locksmiths for a non-emergency call out. Arrived within 30mins to investigate the problem, got the door open and demonstated that a new lock was required also recommended new handles as originals were clearly old, loose and worn (even I could see this!). Price offered was reasonable and well within the upper estimate that it could of been. Excellent workmanship on the replacement, took time to get the best results and talk me through it. Job completed 10/10, just shy of 2 hours from initial phone call. Would happily recommend.

French door locking mechanism failed so called Elite365 Locksmiths. Arrived promptly, work completed with full explanation. Fair price on labour and parts. Very happy with the finished job. Would recommend to anyone having issues with their UPVC door locks.
