Helen did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets, mats and upholstery. She is very friendly and completely professional, and worked flexibly with us when we had to change dates. I highly recommend her and will be using her again.

Helen did a great job of cleaning or dog dirtied couch. Our dogs like to rub up and dome the bag and side of the sofa leaving a dark mark across the back and side. Helen assured me it was easy to remove and surly enough, it has came up great. She even gave the whole thing a good hoover and the dog hairs have gone.... for now haha. Helen, did an amazing job of our 3 and 2 seater reclining sofas. She was here for almost 2 hour’s giving it a good hoover and then a deep clean. By the time she’d finished it was almost dry and ready to sit on in an hour or so. I would definitely recommend Helen and Carroll’s carpet and upholstery cleaning company.
