From the first contact to the end result, everything was very smooth and extremely professional. It was a very challenging garden to work on and access was particularly difficult. John came up with solutions to all the problems the garden threw at him and the end result is the garden of our dreams. Both John and his co-worker were so easy to get on with and very good to work with. The site was left as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day. John ensured all materials were sourced and delivered when needed and thanks to his meticulous standards, the completed garden is absolutely perfect. I recently used Karl to do some fence post repairs, new panels and indian stone paving. I honestly can't recommend him enough. I called a few different people and Karl was by far the most reliable and personable. He turned up the next day to give me a quote (which was competitive) and started the work a week later. The quality of his work is brilliant and I am very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend KDR for landscaping work

Karl and Jason came to install land drains at short notice because I was let down by another contractor. Very reasonably priced and they had it done in no time at all. Would highly recommend as Karl is very trustworthy and hard working.

I had a lawn that had been turfed a year or two ago by another landscaping company and was extremely patchy. I contacted Lee who came out and not only inspected the lawn but more importantly (in my opinion) discussed with me the issues that may have caused the problem. He drafted up a quote that he felt would address the problem which I agreed to. When carrying out the work, Lee was extremely professional, turning up on time and telling me what he was going to do and set my expectations. The thing I liked most was that when the work was completed, he left me with written instructions on how to care for my lawn and asked if he could call me in a couple of weeks to check if the seed that he laid down was growing as expected (which he did). 6 weeks after his initial visit the lawn is looking the best it has done we moved in and the offer of phone support is still there. I can't recommend Country Landscapes Ltd enough, thank you Lee for all your help. I will be using you again!

Use Lee and his team for regular garden maintenance. They are respectful of my property and make good recommendations. Jo has done a fantastic job taking care of our gardens for a number of years, she has really good knowledge of plants, garden design & maintenance. Jo has designed & planted beds, replaced plants with more appropriate ones in others and made sure that shrubs are pruned at the right times (whereas I would no doubt have killed them). I'd recommend Jo without hesitation.

I was quick to book Jo for a garden consultation. My situation was that I wanted to understand my garden more and to be able to do things myself to really make the most of the space and plants. I was totally clueless and had loads of questions/concerns, so a consultation was exactly what I needed. I'd never seen this kind of service offered before, and it sounded perfect. I wasn't interested in having someone come to measure up for decking or paving and show me samples - I needed someone to come and talk to me about the natural aspects of my garden. Jo's initial advice meant we could actually start getting stuck in straight away (we even did a few things under her kind supervision whilst she was still with us). The icing on the cake is that a week later, we had a full report containing links, resources, ideas and guidance so that we could work through it step by step and at our own pace. We've slowly but surely been implementing everything (easier than we actually thought), and it's really making a positive difference to our garden. Jo's honestly turned things around for us - and educated and inspired us along the way! She doesn't just understand your garden - she gets to know your lifestyle, too, and that makes all the difference in what she tailors for your report. Really grateful to Darren and his team for the fencing extension work they did. Darren explained from the start that our job was only a small job compared to the landscaping they usually do, so they would fit us in between larger projects. They removed a well established hedge row in a short space of time, and got the fence in. The team were super friendly and very tidy throughout the job, and Darren’s approach from first contact, visit & quote, through to the end product was seamless and easy.
