Lynnes customer service was top-notch. She was just excellent at what she does, transparent and honest with all my questions. Delivery was quicker than expected and delivery man was amazing, friendly and calm. I don't normally provide feedback but decided to do this because Lynne was so exceptional compared to other seller I spoke with and also slightly cheaper.

From the first contact to the end result, everything was very smooth and extremely professional. It was a very challenging garden to work on and access was particularly difficult. John came up with solutions to all the problems the garden threw at him and the end result is the garden of our dreams. Both John and his co-worker were so easy to get on with and very good to work with. The site was left as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day. Great shed at a really good price. I priced up the wood and couldn't build it for what I paid. Lads were really friendly and had the shed up in less than half an hour. They delivered on the day and also rang me to let me know what time they would be there.

Alistair and Sebastian got my mum’s garden maintenance ready and have been looking after it since summer, she’s delighted. I asked Alistair if he’d help me remove astroturf and plant trees in my new house. He was upfront with costs and I think he is very competitive. Not only did he complete the job, but his ideas and advice were greatly appreciated. He told me the names of most of my plants even though little to go off. Loved bouncing ideas backwards and forwards. I’ve now got a clear idea what is achievable over the next few months. Alistair I thank you very very much.

Alistair did a fantastic job tidying up my back garden, cutting the hedge and cutting back overgrown trees, ivy and bramble. Looks brilliant when finished. Everything tidied up, great communication throughout. Will definitely use Alistair again. He is also very knowledgeable.

Very happy with the service from Alderley Garden Services. Fraser and his friendly team have brought my garden to life with planting, creating borders, extending the patio and maintaining the health of the lawn and spread of the bushes. Fraser has shown he is knowledgeable about garden design, planting and lawn care and is always happy to advise.

Alderley Garden Services, led by Fraser, re-laid the paving of the house. It started with a small area at the front but , as Fraser pointed out the rest was looking very tired. Having seen what a good job he made of the front, I decided to ask him to replace the side-access path and the rear patio area. I am delighted with the quality of the work, Fraser's diligent approach and his sympathetic eye for detail. Thoroughly recommended!

Fraser and his team did an excellent job in transforming our rear garden, replacing the old patio and path with new porcelain flags, creating two new gravel paths to two new patios at the far end of the garden and replacing broken fencing. Can’t thank Patrick and his team enough for an excellent job, highly recommended. Every aspect was discussed and agreed up front, from the block paving colour / border / layout to accommodating lighting in the new wall. The team were polite and professional, checking in throughout the job and advising with their many years of experience. Highly recommend Graham and his son. They are amazing. Throughout the process I received great communication about the install and progress updates regularly. The work was carried out as agreed and the both worked very hard to complete my grass before the Bank Holiday, the process from start to finish took 2 days, however no corners were cut and they carried out each part of the installation perfectly. The finished product was and is amazing, to say I was blown away is an understatement. I am so happy with my grass and I would recommend them to anyone interested in artificial grass, so much so that my in-laws are also now having the same grass installed.
