AMAZING!!! Honestly cannot recommend the company enough! The bathroom was leaking into the kitchen and I was having an absolute nightmare after trying to chase 3 different plumbers down who lead me down the garden path and then completely ignored me, I rang Daniel on Monday evening he listened to what was wrong and contacted me the next day to come out and look and provide a quote- he did everything he promised I didn’t have to chase him once when he said he would ring he did, he said he would send a quote the same day which he did and booked me in for the next day, the problem has been fixed in less than 48 hours! My only regret is that I didn’t find this company earlier, Daniel kept you in the loop with what was going on, he was professional and kind, he cleaned up after he had finished (which is rare these days!) thank you Daniel if you are looking for a plumber look no further it’s a refreshing change to find a tradesman who actually cares about there customers no matter how little or big the job is - Thank You ☺️

Great job from start to finish! Sam and his team are absolute perfectionists and I would trust them with any job in my house. They are reliable and complete every job to a very high standard. One thing that really stood out to me is the communication from Sam. We had a downstairs renovation and he kept me in the loop at every stage, which is difficult to come by these days. Will definitely be using PH contractors again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.

We were recommended PHC from a friend who was having work done to their property. From the minute Sam turned up to quote you could tell that he cared about doing a good job and getting things right for us. His attention to detail is first class and we had no hesitation in leaving the team alone in the house while we went to work and even gave them a key. The house was always left clean and tidy each evening. We received a message from Sam to see if it was ok to turn up a day EARLIER than expected – in the past we have had problems with contractors delay starting. PHC even finished earlier than scheduled. February 2025 Aqua Tech are truly outstanding. Can 100% recommend Danny and his team as this is the 4th time I have been fortunate to benefit from their exceptional workmanship. Ripped out the standard basic bathroom and replaced it with a luxurious, classy & stylish wet room. The guys are all hard working, tidy and extremely professional. Not to favour anybody in particular because they all work equally hard but I must commend Phil the Tiler for his amazing job, he conferred with myself throughout the whole process and we exchanged opinions and decided together on the best options to create this remarkable bathroom. Steve came out same day to assess my leaking boiler - it couldn’t be fixed but managed to fit a new one very quickly at a great price. Came back to teach me everything the next day as i wasnt in. Would highly recommend.

Our boiler was condemned by British Gas, and they gave us a quote for a new boiler, which seemed really expensive. I had heard excellent reviews of Link Gas Services, so invited them to quote also. The quote was very reasonable, so we went with Link. Absolutely no regrets, they turned up on the day we booked, worked professionally and friendly throughout the day, and left the house clean and tidy. I mentioned to Steve how cold our home was, and when he reviewed our piping system, he informed us we were on a one pipe system, and it needed to be on a two-pipe system for efficiency. He quoted for the pipework to be re-run throughout the whole house, and we have never looked back. It has saved us a fortune on heating bills, as the heating now only needs to be on for a short period of time to heat the whole house, instead all evening. Whilst Steve was installing the pipework, I asked him how the hive works and if he would fit one for me, and he did. When we purchased a Buy To Let property, I needed the boiler moving from the kitchen to the attic, I invited Steve to quote, which again was very reasonable. He took the time to discuss with me the kitchen plans, so he could re-route the boiler pipework, so it would not be in the way on the new kitchen layout. Nothing is too much trouble for Steve and Harry, a good honest family business. I would highly recommend Link Gas Services to everyone.

Without hesitation he sorted out a number of issues including a new radiator . My mum is now toasty warm. Really happy with Link Gas Services. The communication and quality of work were excellent. One of the radiators didn't seem to heat up as quickly as the others after the job, we called them to ask for advice and they offered to pop back round within the hour and look into this. Luckily we managed to sort it so they did not need to come back but we really appreciated the offer and prompt solution. We would highly recommend Link Gas Services to anyone. I was recommended Lacey Plumbing & Heating Ltd by a friend and I'm so happy I decided to ask them to relocate and fit my new boiler. It has been a pleasure from start to finish to deal with this company. From the initial contact with Rebecca, the consultation with Mike and the installation by Baz and Louie, I felt confident that I had an experienced; professional team looking after me. They protected my carpet from dirt and debris and took every last bit of my old system and the packaging from the new one away with them. Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

These guys were recommended to me and I can see why. They helped me through the whole process and helped me choose the right package for me and my home.I had a few quotes for boilers and Laceys were the cheapest by a few hundred and the customer service just made it clear that they had to fit my boiler. Great price and fantastic customer service with a quick turn around. I promise you won't look back.

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

C Nixon Plumbing & Heating Ltd did a full boiler, gas line and flu installation for us recently. He also does our annual servicing and other bits of plumbing work as required. I can't recommend him highly enough. Top quality work, very reasonably priced and excellent customer service & reliability.

I had no heating or hot water since moving in to my dad’s house this week, so I asked Chris if he would install a new boiler for me. Chris arrived when he said he would and promptly started work. He was very professional and took great care when working on my property. I am now over the moon with having heating again, and can’t thank Chris enough for the excellent work he did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris for any boiler work you may need doing, engineers like this are a rarity these days.
