Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

These guys were recommended to me and I can see why. They helped me through the whole process and helped me choose the right package for me and my home.I had a few quotes for boilers and Laceys were the cheapest by a few hundred and the customer service just made it clear that they had to fit my boiler. Great price and fantastic customer service with a quick turn around. I promise you won't look back.

After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

Dean was brilliant, I contacted him in the morning when he had a busy day and he managed to fit me in that evening. I had tried to do some diy myself and removes some radiators resulting in crimping a copper pipe and putting a hairline fracture in an L bend pipe. Dean was professional in his approach and knew how to fix both problems swiftly. I personally couldn’t recommend him enough. I now know who to contact if I have plumbing issues.

Was having an issue with my washing machine drainage, the plumber came out and checked it and was friendly, had a look at the pipes at the back and discovered technically there wasn't an issue with the washing machine, or only issue could be the pump if connected right and so didn't charge for service but gave me some advice regarding fixing a separate issue. Would happily recommend them, knowledgeable and completely reasonable, if I have any issues I'll absolutely be calling here first

Had an issue on Christmas morning with water coming through the ceiling from the water tank. Dean picked up the message and rang at 9am- guided us on how to isolate the problem while ensuring we still had use of the central heating and mains water until the work was done. I am very glad that I contacted Zak after doing a Google search and told him we have boiler leaking but not losing pressure. He came next day and found the leak from heat exchanger and said he can change the seals which he did next day. Leak is fixed now and price was reasonable considering he doesn't charge for call out. I have used Zak a number of times now for many jobs of varying sizes. I have used him not only for my rental properties but also for my home during house renovations. I had Zakir, come to my house to inspect an intermittent loud rattling noise in my central heating system. He diagnosed and resolved the issue by changing the radiator valve and now there's no more noise when the heating is on. Zakir is genuinely a person of great character and professionalism. A very professional and reliable company. Ryan, Scott and Theo have just replaced my 87 year old Mum's boiler. They were so kind and considerate to my Mum as not easy coping with such upheaval at that age. Such clean workers, wearing overshoes when inside and covering carpets and hard flooring. Ryan spent time explaining to my Mum how the new boiler and control pad worked and told us to phone him if she needed him to explain further. The ladies in the office are always very helpful and keep us informed of timescales. My family would not use any other plumbers other than Martindales. Brilliant service from a wonderful team of people. Can't thank and praise them enough.
