Outstanding service, contacted Tuesday night with a condemned boiler Serdar and Simon were here Wednesday morning fitting a new boiler as we had no heating and hot water. They fitted a new boiler and did a power flush with certificates and warranties. They have to be the cleanest and most polite tradesmen ever, they left the house spotless like they they were never there. Can't recommend enough thanks for the service.

Absolutely top notch service. There was a blockage in my plumbing, affecting water flow through the hot tap. The team carried out a methodical process of elimination and resolved the issue. I have used Zak a number of times now for many jobs of varying sizes. I have used him not only for my rental properties but also for my home during house renovations. I have used other plumbers in the past but with Zak it is different. He is genuine, trustworthy and capable of fixing any plumbing issue efficiently and cost effectively. He always goes above and beyond. With Zak, I know, I have found a plumber for life. If only there were more tradespeople like him.

I am very glad that I contacted Zak after doing a Google search and told him we have boiler leaking but not losing pressure. He came next day and found the leak from heat exchanger and said he can change the seals which he did next day. Leak is fixed now and price was reasonable considering he doesn't charge for call out.
