Love this cafe. As a veggie the soup of the day was chicken but the owner James set to and made me the most delicious mushroom and sweetcorn soup ever . The prices cant be beaten in this place (large full English £4.95) and the menu extensive with a mix of English and Carribean all sounds delicious. James looks so calm under pressure as he was alone cooking and serving when we called in but everyone served in no time..my favourite place to eat when in Bolton.

Great little café with excellent, friendly service and cheap prices. It's no nonsense good grub that will fill you up, all served up by a friendly team that make you feel very welcome. Breakfast for under £5 that will keep you full well past lunchtime. Can't go wrong.

Tell you what. Full breakfast for under a fiver. Chef knows what he is doing. Good selection of British and Jamaican food. Server lovely lady. Didn't wait long at all for my food. Use can teach Bolton Cafes how it's done. Definitely be calling back.

Have had breakfast delivered every Friday morning to work for up to 20 people for a couple of years. Food always arrives on time hot and very tasty. Great value for money. Jo has been fantastic and nothing has ever been too much trouble for her. Can't recommend enough 😀

Cafe is OPEN ! Google says permanently closed BUT my niece works here so we can assure you, it’s OPEN :) delicious home cooked food, reasonably priced with good portions. The lattes and coffee are also very good.

Absolutely fabulous place with delicious hot tasty food and wonderful service and staff. We were very very lucky to have all 12 family members accommodated and sat together on a Sunday morning, near the gorgeous Christmas tree. Some of our family had travelled from Liverpool and had never been before and thought that everything was fantastic and was definitely worth the trip over. The staff and owner, Andy, was also very helpful and offered assistance with our mum who has mobility issues. The cafe is very clean and welcoming and we all really enjoyed our breakfast.

What a great find. Lovely walks nearby and then a gorgeous spacious clean cafe with great staff who are all lovely and friendly. Really good fair pricing. Great coffee. Delicious cake! Above and beyond. Will be back time and time again. Great for dogs too! Clean toilets. Great outdoor space. Immaculate everywhere. The manager was really lovely too. Can't wait to come back

Had a brilliant cooked breakfast here. Only called in fur a drink but they looked so good we decided to have a cooked breakfast too. Wasn’t disappointed. Excellent value for £10 for a large cooked breakfast. Lunches looked really nice too. Can combine with a walk around the Jumbles Reservoir Very friendly staff. We will be back.

Have been stopping off at the fisheries for years for a brew and bacon butty whilst out biking . Cafe 12 is a far cry from the small cafe from a few years ago. It’s a lovely spacious and welcoming place which is also dog friendly to dine with lovely views over the fishing lake. The food is of a high standard with great service . There’s a large outdoor seating area overlooking the lake and surrounding countryside.

Nice, cosy place, friendly staff, and a well-priced, tasty cappuccino.

Great porridge with fruit, nice and crispy bacon on the bagel, good cappuccino and loved the brand of tea for the mint tea.

A place to meet up with friends for a cuppa and a natter and a lite bite. Great atmosphere with lots of comfy seating available. It's a bit on the posh side not a greasy spoon cafe. Best Manners are most appreciated as some of our people may have special needs and they don't like load noises. We are a loving caring church. And we love to take care of anybody who needs to come through power doors? Please be respectful and please try not to make too much absorb for the sake of the poor. And for the sake of the bipolar bears and for the sake of people with dyslexia and for the sake of people who may be suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. We love anybody to come through our door but they must love us equally.

first visit and we received a warm welcome into this lovely, clean cafe. Loved the wipe clean pictorial menu for the children's menu! delicious homemade soup and homemade potato cakes ... and Vicki sponge. and my little girl loved her "picnic" What a local gem Well Cafe is xx

The Children's Platter was lovely, I thought the plate was really posh! Karen is the best and really funny. The building is beautiful. I don't like orange or blackcurrant juice so they made me a special milky. Moo! From Ember aged 6

What a hidden gem this little cafe is . A warm welcome from the staff team and the most delicious food. I had the pork mince and potato pastie with peas,gravy and red cabbage. Excellent value for £4. Will definitely be visiting again .

Very relaxed atmosphere, reasonably priced food. Delicious food served by friendly staff. I had the Black Pudding served on a Potato cake with bacon which was a special. The flapjack was delicious, washed down with a good coffee.

Asked for a delivery for a big breakfast and it was unbelievably good quality food and so delicious and very well packaged. Staff were very friendly on the phone and very helpful. Guy who delivered was friendly in person too. Will definitely order again.

Fantastic homemade food. Today, i had the Spanish chorizo, with poached eggs, grilled mushrooms, peppers, and feta cheese on sourdough. It's probably the best cafe in Bolton. All good quality food.

This is a lovely little cafe, great food, service and atmosphere. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly. I had a look on Google for five star cafes in bolton and what a great find this little cafe is. The cafe can get very busy and sometimes is better to book to guarantee a table :) I have seen a review on here about an assistance dog not being allowed inside and I completely agree with this decision due to the cafe only being a small business and having a open kitchen where food is prepared and cooked in front of you. I understand that assistance dogs are to help people with the guidance they need, but i personally wouldn't like them to be in such a small cafe where food is prepared and cooked in front of the customers.

What a great find this little cafe is breakfast was out there with the best I’ve ever been served everything was spot on especially the hash browns which a lot of cafes can’t seem to ever get right , great atmosphere and deco ,my go to when in Bolton from now on .

We came to this popular spot at a quiet time and had a wonderful experience. Staff were lovely and food was great too. I love the decor and the candles, created such a nice atmosphere. I highly recommended the desi breakfast and chai, we will definitely be coming back again!

Excellent café! I had a car in the garage (Woodbine motors) and was recommended Chico as a place to have breakfast while I waited. Food is halal, freshly made and very well cooked. Got busy so obviously popular.

I tried this cafe yesterday and it did not disappoint. I had a large full English and wow, quite possibly the best full English I have had in many years. Everything was cooked perfectly and all piping hot. The atmosphere was good, you can tell they have many regular customers. I will definitely be returning

We went this morning for the first time and it’s safe to say we weren’t disappointed. The young lad who served us was polite and knowledgeable, and got us our drinks almost straight away. They make a lovely brew and the breakfast was even better. I swapped my black pudding for bacon on the breakfast, and my partner had the large breakfast as it was. We got a choice of chopped or fresh tomato and white or brown bread, as well as sauces, salt and pepper already on the table. They were both gorgeous and great value for money, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you team ❤️

Called in needing a good breakfast sandwich as a cheer me up. I got the best breakfast sandwich I've had. Cooked perfectly and good quality ingredients. Looking forward to my Saturday treat again.

Just started coming to this little cafe and it's a gem.Polite and welcoming gentleman at the desk.Good selection on the menu.Loved my jacket potato and caramel iced coffee,the best I have tasted in a long time.Good value for money.Definitely recommend and will be back to try the rest of their menu.
