I thoroughly recommend John and the team. So many issues needed sorting after an accident - John was really reassuring in terms of what needed doing without any sort of a hard sell. All the way through the process, John regularly rang me to update me on the progress of the car. I certainly won’t ever use another garage moving forward!

I've been coming here for years and I am so impressed with Altrincham Service Centre. Dan is always so professional and helpful. I knocked my car this week damaging the headlight and bumper and I rang them straight after it happened. Dan was a calming voice when I was shaken up and worried, he looked at my car straight away, gave me approx prices and ordered parts and fitted me in the next day to sort my car. Top service and a company you can rely on who actually care about customer service.

A few days ago, Altrincham Service Centre rang to explain in detail the three reasons why our trusty old car had failed its MoT that morning and to discuss the remedial work. One aspect of the work was potentially tricky and, taken with the other two, meant they might not be able to complete the work until the following morning. Unfortunately, we needed the car for an early hospital appointment, so they pulled out all the stops in an endeavour to have the car ready and kept us updated on progress. Excellent service, much appreciated!

Orchard Service station was recommended by several members of my local Ferrari Club. I took my Ferrari F12 for an MoT today. It was a fantastic experience, the car went in for its MoT right on time. They were very careful and respectful of the car. The Mechanic mechanic was meticulous which is fantastic. I could see through the viewing window he was doing a thorough job. The protected the interior with seat and floor coverings which is nice to see. After the MoT was successfully completed with a clear pass the mechanic gave me some advice about uneven pad wear on the electronic hand break and suggested it gets checked at the next service. I have no reservations in highland recommending the team at Orchard Service Station.

We had an issue with brakes on the motorway traveling from Southampton to Scotland and these awesome guys were super friendly and helpful. They sorted us out in a few hours so we could be on our way. Massive thanks for the service and assistance.

We would not take our cars anywhere but Walkers. Matt and the team are absolute professionals. They looked after our daughter with her very old, temperamental first car and we always felt safe knowing that the team kept on top of any issues. The guys at walkers are brilliant. Friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and they always deliver. I especially like that they will take the time to explain the issue and the work they've done, even though they're always super busy. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Clutch on car went and the garage went to my daughters work place in Altrincham to check it out. Took it to the garage and completed the fitting of a new clutch in under a week. Price was fair and car was ready to pick at time agreed. Excellent service. If the garage was in Stoke-on-Trent I would use them to service our cars. Thanks for your help.

Took my Yaris in for a MOT after a retest was required. Found the time to fit me in at short notice. I live in Northwich but happy to travel to a garage that will provide an excellent service even at last minute. Will be back for my next MOT in September. Paid via card machine and my paperwork was on a invoice for my records. I was charged for Labour, parts and VAT. All which I was happy to pay.

Went for a MOT and after failing on breaks, KDM explained exactly 💯 how the parts cost broke down and what needed to be completed to get me through the MOT. No messing about. Got me booked back in for Monday to do the repairs. Came back, got my bill with nothing added. Charges exactly 💯 as we had agreed. Would I use it again, yes. Would I recommend yes. I got a flat tyre and I’m never prepared for that situation. I called Timperley Service Station where I have my car MOT/serviced and they were so helpful. No problem. I managed to get it to them and within 2 hours they’d ordered the tyre and changed it over for me. It was surprisingly decent value considering what I would have expected to pay, especially when I was utterly stuck without my car. Thanks so much for always being brilliant Ben, John, Ewan and team
