I don’t normally write reviews but I feel this garage deserves one! I cannot fault Sam and the lads they’re brilliant! Earlier this year the timing chain on my BMW unfortunately broke, I did not realise this for some time after receiving a false diagnosis from several other mechanics. After seeking recommendations I was advised to speak to Sam at Halpin Autos for advice. Sam immediately knew what the issue was with the car and explained the process going forward. I put all faith in Sam as his knowledge was sound and I was informed at each stage of the process via telephone. No work was undertaken without my consent. The car was fixed in the time frame stated and the service provided was very professional. Thankyou so much! Highly recommend this garage for servicing and repairs!

I was having a problem with the alarm going off all the time on my 2019 3 series. Sam figured out that it was an issue with the alarm siren and replaced it. Really good customer service throughout the entire process and is very knowledgeable and well priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car there back again.

Great Service at a Fair Price I had issues with my BMW 320d where the ABS and traction control lights kept coming on. Took it to these guys, and they did an excellent job fixing it at a very reasonable price. Not only that, but the turnaround time was super quick—I had the car back in no time. I had been to a number of garages that turned me away, and a gentleman recommended these guys and told me where to go. When I went in I was really stressed because my injector had failed and I have 3 disabled children. Paul and Danny were really compassionate and understanding about my situation, and were in regular contact me throughout day trying to sort out the warranty with the other company.. they were so busy as well. The phones were ringing, and customers were coming and going. They were super chilled and professional..and it made me calm down because they took away my problem and had it in hand while smashing every other task that needed attending too. In the evening, I went to get something out of my car, and my mobile had died. Paul and Danny had been trying to get hold of me.. They had only gone and fixed my car for me.. Honestly they really did save me.. They were beaming at me because I was so happy my car had been fixed. Please go to these guys.. they are professional and amazing people with a good heart. Paul has recently fitted a new cambelt on my car and fixed a few other minor issues I had with my car. Okay so this is the second year these guys have kindly fitted me in just before Christmas for my mot. They are so down to earth and friendly, they know their stuff and I will be using them for everything car related in the future. I recommend this garage, what a little jem of a place ! All others I wouldn't touch again or recommend. T&M I would Highly recommend to my friends and family. Great guys, very honest and will not rip you off. They are busy! ...which a good sign.

T&M have always given solid advice and cost efficient service. I highly recommend them. Painless services and MOT but, if you have one of those problems no one can find, they probably already found it and fixed it a dozen times before.

This was my first time at Cross Garage booking full service and MOT. The gentleman at the reception was very pleasant and helpful. Dropped and collected on the same day. Though advisory on my tyres, they didn't call to charge me extra for things that didn't need doing like some garage I have used before. Reasonable price and good service. I will recommend Cross Garage to my friends and family and will always be using myself.

Steve on desk was welcoming and got me booked in sharpish for a full/major service for a very fair price. Vehicle back same day, no messing around or trying to tell me i needed items which i didn't.
