Outstanding service, contacted Tuesday night with a condemned boiler Serdar and Simon were here Wednesday morning fitting a new boiler as we had no heating and hot water. They fitted a new boiler and did a power flush with certificates and warranties. They have to be the cleanest and most polite tradesmen ever, they left the house spotless like they they were never there. Can't recommend enough thanks for the service.

I am very glad that I contacted Zak after doing a Google search and told him we have boiler leaking but not losing pressure. He came next day and found the leak from heat exchanger and said he can change the seals which he did next day. Leak is fixed now and price was reasonable considering he doesn't charge for call out. I had Zakir, come to my house to inspect an intermittent loud rattling noise in my central heating system. He diagnosed and resolved the issue by changing the radiator valve and now there's no more noise when the heating is on. Zakir is genuinely a person of great character and professionalism. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

Rang Stephen this morning, last night we noticed water dripping from the ceiling under the bathroom. He was able to come out later in the morning. Found out what the problem was after managing to remove the bath panel which was a problem in itself. He explained everything before he started the work and tested it after to make sure everything was ok. He left leaving everything clean and the old pipe which he had replaced.

Steve replaced our electric shower and sorted a leaky toilet. He was quick, efficient and clean. Would recommend

Steve came to do quite an urgent job for me of capping some pipes before some other work could be completed. He was able to come at a specific time to work around this which was much appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout. Steve was on time and very professional. I'm extremely happy with the work done, price was competitive and everything was left clean and tidy. I have already booked him in to do some other jobs (new radiator and service our boiler). Highly recommended.

Office staff VERY helpful, friendly and do what they say they will and when! Engineers (Conor and Warren) in 2 different places very knowledgeable, explain what they are doing, don't add unnecessary work and leave the premises exactly as they found them. They are also friendly, professional and polite. BHE is an excellent, trustworthy company.

The whole service was excellent, from speaking with Joanne to book the work in, to the guys who removed and fitted new radiators. They worked efficiently and productively all day, clearing up afterwards (so much that you wouldn’t have known they’d been there) Costs for the work undertaken was certainly value for money. Connor and Stuart from BHE turned up promptly and completed the job of re-routing some central heating pipework professionally, quickly and efficiently, and cleared up afterwards. They even fixed a set of window blinds that were broken as they needed some extra light in the corner of a room.

We have been using Connor and Stuart at BHE on our caravan park (Hawthorns Park) for around 10 years, for servicing, repairs, safety checks and new connections. Always friendly and professional and do a great job. Kathryn in the office is really helpful and efficient and always makes sure we get help when we need it.

C & J plumbing fitted me in 6 days before Christmas to fit a new boiler as we were desperate. Lovely guys and so efficient, friendly and professional. They fitted our boiler in our previous house and did all our servicing. Would never use anyone else. They are an amazing team and I can’t praise them enough for literally saving us so close to Christmas when they are probably flat out. Fair prices for the job too. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I do all the time.

Rang them yesterday at short notice to request a boiler and fire service and they were able to come the next day - Excellent service - the guy who came to do the job was very pleasant and professional - will use them again as they are only round the corner from where I live

I've used C&J twice over the last six months. Once as an emergency when my boiler packed in during the cold snap in January and again last week to check out a noise. On both occasions they came straight away. A new boiler was fitted within two days and my radiators were working better than they ever had before. They are all respectful and courteous. I can't fault them.

Superb service! Called at 2.45pm with problem with boiler, at 3.30pm Dom n Jacob came and fitted a new filter for me. All fitted and completed by 4pm! Reasonably priced too! They were both professional yet friendly and cleaned up so you wouldn't even know they had been! Definitely highly recommend this company!
