If I could give this company 5 star plus I genuinely would. What a great team Serdar and Simon are and the cleanest workmen I've had. Currently renovating my house with no central heating and now thanks to the guys I have a great source of hot water and system to go with it. Once again thank you and I will be using you again and recommending to family and friends

Outstanding service, contacted Tuesday night with a condemned boiler Serdar and Simon were here Wednesday morning fitting a new boiler as we had no heating and hot water. They fitted a new boiler and did a power flush with certificates and warranties. They have to be the cleanest and most polite tradesmen ever, they left the house spotless like they they were never there. Can't recommend enough thanks for the service.

Outstanding and quality workmanship. Serdar has done all aspects of plumbing during our house renovation. From moving water stop tap, installing the new boiler, radiators and installing toilet system. On hand every step of the way providing his assistance and knowledge whenever we needed. Called in on a Saturday afternoon to pick up a part for my tap. Very friendly and helpful, advised me that I actually needed a new ceramic valve, that sounded expensive but they were only £10 for the pair, slightly different to the one I had but was assured I could take it back if I needed to. There was no need as they fitted the tap which is now working again. Would definitely recommend 😊

Very helpful and good value. The owner spend 15 minutes to repair 2 old taps glands which do not in production anymore and only charged for materials. Saved me at least £50 to change the whole tap

I had a fantastic experience with Firwood Plumbing and Heating. They fixed a persistent shower leak, installed a new tap, and replaced the clicker with precision and care. Was having an issue with my washing machine drainage, the plumber came out and checked it and was friendly, had a look at the pipes at the back and discovered technically there wasn't an issue with the washing machine, or only issue could be the pump if connected right and so didn't charge for service but gave me some advice regarding fixing a separate issue. Would happily recommend them, knowledgeable and completely reasonable, if I have any issues I'll absolutely be calling here first

Dean was brilliant, I contacted him in the morning when he had a busy day and he managed to fit me in that evening. I had tried to do some diy myself and removes some radiators resulting in crimping a copper pipe and putting a hairline fracture in an L bend pipe. Dean was professional in his approach and knew how to fix both problems swiftly. I personally couldn’t recommend him enough. I now know who to contact if I have plumbing issues.

Had an issue on Christmas morning with water coming through the ceiling from the water tank. Dean picked up the message and rang at 9am- guided us on how to isolate the problem while ensuring we still had use of the central heating and mains water until the work was done. Having been recently let down by our regular engeneer , I was given Lees number to arrange a service on our boiler . It was the best call I had ever made. ! Lee went above and beyond to sort our boiler as other issues came to light . Lee is professional, polite and totally reliable. We were introduced to Lee last year when Lee installed our new boiler. Lee has returned this year to do our anual service. it is daunting trying to find a good tradesman so plessed we found Lee He is an excellent workman, very polite and clearly explains and shows you what he is doing. Used Lee to install a new vertical radiator for us. He responded really quickly and popped around and gave us a really reasonable quote. He is a really friendly and helpful person. Very knowledgeable at what he does. He kept in regular contact and fitted us in to do the job within a week. I would definitely recommend using Lee for any plumbing or heating work you have 👍🏼

Had a new boiler fitted last year.Lee was very professional and offered great advice. When the boilers annual service was due this week I had no hesitation in calling Lee again. I've used C&J twice over the last six months. Once as an emergency when my boiler packed in during the cold snap in January and again last week to check out a noise. On both occasions they came straight away. A new boiler was fitted within two days and my radiators were working better than they ever had before. They are all respectful and courteous. I can't fault them.

C & J plumbing fitted me in 6 days before Christmas to fit a new boiler as we were desperate. Lovely guys and so efficient, friendly and professional. They fitted our boiler in our previous house and did all our servicing. Would never use anyone else. They are an amazing team and I can’t praise them enough for literally saving us so close to Christmas when they are probably flat out. Fair prices for the job too. Office staff VERY helpful, friendly and do what they say they will and when! Engineers (Conor and Warren) in 2 different places very knowledgeable, explain what they are doing, don't add unnecessary work and leave the premises exactly as they found them. They are also friendly, professional and polite. BHE is an excellent, trustworthy company.

Connor and Stuart from BHE turned up promptly and completed the job of re-routing some central heating pipework professionally, quickly and efficiently, and cleared up afterwards. They even fixed a set of window blinds that were broken as they needed some extra light in the corner of a room.

It's the first time we have used BHE Services Ltd for the Annual Service of our Lodge Central Heating Boiler. Engineer Connor arrived on time, was very thorough, clean and tidy and was most professional in all he did. The whole service was excellent, from speaking with Joanne to book the work in, to the guys who removed and fitted new radiators. They worked efficiently and productively all day, clearing up afterwards (so much that you wouldn’t have known they’d been there) Costs for the work undertaken was certainly value for money. We went to Plumb Factory as we needed a full new bathroom and looking at brochures etc and online at various bathroom furniture retailers and working out price not really knowing what we were looking at or needed was hard work. We called in to Plumb Factory and was greeted by Joe. He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and couldn't have spent enough time with us, he didn't rush us or put any pressure on or up sell, it felt like he was there to assist us, good old fashioned customer service! He listened to what we wanted and what our budget was and advised accordingly, recommending certain features such as a bath design we wouldn't have considered. He created a 3d image of the bathroom design and with feedback from us he changed it according to what we wanted with no trouble at all. The final design was perfect, matched our budget and when installed in reality looks EXACTLY like his design. Joe really couldn't have done any more for us and absolute credit to Plumb Factory and why we will definitely be using them for all future work we have done. Thanks Joe!

We have had a new bathroom and also an extension on our house which included a downstairs toilet. Our builder advised Plumb Factory Blackpool to supply all the necessary components needed. We had a look around the showroom and had a chat to Izzy on what turned out to be her 1st day working there. She was able to start the process of choosing what we needed and over several further visits and emails she was able to show us plans and mock ups of the possible designs and advised us on cost and availability. Then she was able to source what we eventually decided on at a good price all delivered in a professional and friendly manner. We are very happy with the end results and the service we received.

Anja at the Horwich branch helped us with the layout, offering different options and her expert advice and knowledge helped with any questions we had. The delivery guys are lovely and helpful.
