Chris and the team were really easy to communicate with, on time and efficient. Really well priced and clear with invoices and quotes. Chris shared pics and explained some repairs that also needed doing, explaining costs etc. We've had a few jobs done by them now and cannot recommend enough!

I have used this company for a number of jobs recently and have never been disappointed. Firstly they answer the phone and turn up to price when they say and the price quoted is the price charged. Standard of work is top class - I have no hesitation in recommending them at all.

Lee came quickly to inspect the problem with my roof. He used a drone so I didn't need to be in for him to diagnose. Sorted scaffolders and did the work quickly with his two sons. Reasonably priced and clear photos/videos of the work he completed. Happy with his work :)

Where can we start? The team from Roofcraft have recently completed an entire replacement flat roof for my Dad's very badly damaged, and worn garage. They have done an impeccable job, and the communication and reassurance they have given us (thanks Deever) throughout the whole process has just been fantastic. They even came back to repair an additional fault on the porch roof (unrelated to their work) which became apparent after they had completed the new garage roof. Thank you for making us feel so reassured when organising work for an elderly family member who lives alone...totally trustworthy ⭐

Deever and Dan were a pleasure to deal with. Great levels of communication during some dreadful weather for them. We had snow all over the scaffolding for a few days making it impossible for them to work. We had new ridge tiles, chimneys repointed, gutters cleaned and a new cover on our kitchen roof. Excellent work throughout. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Dan and his team came today, fixed a couple of ridge tiles that had come off in the wind, very anxious about a loose tile roofcraft came sorted it out, feel better now, would recommend thanks again

1st Class Company, I cannot recommend this roofing company enough. From start to finish Lucy put my mind at rest & made the whole job that I was very worried about having done stress free. We had a new slate roof with solar panels and a flat roof section, each part done by a separate teams and coordinated perfectly so the job flowed at all times. The main slate section was completed by Danny & Dale who are very professional and skilled at what they do & a pleasure to have around too. I genuinely cannot thank or recommend everyone who was part of our job from Lovatts enough. Absolutely perfect and our bungalow is shining with its new hat. Thanks

Lovatts did and amazing job replacing our old roof and installing the new solar system can't fault them from start to finish Craig and Ryan were a pleasure to have working on the house on a daily basis clean tidy and polite workers Lovatts kept us informed and in the loop all the way the way through the instal would thoroughly recomend we had brandstone conservation flags fitted and they look great

Our sun tunnel was expertly fitted by Shaun within about four hours. The weather was extremely cold and the attic space very restricted. The room went from darkness to light once the job was finished and everything was left neat and tidy .We are therefore delighted with the outcome. Many thanks Shaun and we will call on Lovatts again for any roofing jobs that need doing.

Trustworthy, honest and fast. 3 words to describe. Lucy quickly responded to a quote for some potential damage and arranged an appointment for a few days time. A day earlier, Shaun rang and came early (fantastic), he then listened, inspected thoroughly and while the resulting issue required not further remedy, he was extremely kind and supportive. If I ever need anymore work, I'd easily contact them again.

I was very impressed with the company as the phone was answered and a time arranged to review the work need to be done on my roof. I was lucky, they came the next day to fix. The roof is now neat and tidy and everything cleared away and no mess left. I will definitely use this company again.

Gareth did a great job of our conservatory roof they installed a warm roof using a plastic slate system which stops the heat in the summer and keeps it warm in the winter . They talked us through the whole job and took pics throughout . Great service great value .
