We have only used Pennine vets, at Tottington, over the last couple of weeks, for our cats, but We’ve been very impressed with the service we have received. Our cats have needed routine check ups and emergency treatment for one of them, during this short period, and can’t fault the professionalism, care, understanding and efficiency of all the staff, including the receptionists, nurses and the Vets.
I don’t tend to leave reviews often, but when it’s deserved, I feel it’s right that you tell others of your experience.
In short, we highly recommend Pennine Vets, due to the very positive experience we’ve had with them recently.
Sadly I had to have my beloved cat put to sleep, he was a very old man, the staff and vet were fantastic very understanding, patient and respectful at a difficult time,,a massive thank you to them for their compassion
I absolutely love this veterinary practice, the team are lovely. It's always a pleasure taking my little Bonnie Bean in for her GHC & vacs every year, they have a great "healthy pet club" which helps split the costs over a year, and includes things like nail clips and rearguard, and even a free bag of hay or pellets.
A really good independent vet.
The staff are very friendly and really good with the animals.
We got in with our cat in for an emergency appointment. Late Friday afternoon on a bank holiday weekend. They really do go the extra mile to look after you pets.
