Recently moved my pooch from a different vet and what a difference...super clean inside, friendly and welcoming staff. My dog was spayed there today and I felt the communication has been great and she has been well looked after. The signed Get Well Soon card was a lovely touch! Feel like we've found the vets for us. Since joining Harrison’s Family vets we could not be more thrilled ‘all round’, such a friendly and knowledgeable team from Reception to Vet always happy to see you and our two dogs are very warmly welcomed with lots of fuss. Nothing is too much trouble and the nature of the clinic waiting room is so good to keep the animals separated to ensure they remain as calm as possible. Liz on the Reception Team is very helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely loves seeing the dogs that visit the clinic, she has a lovely smiley face and lots of time to pat and fuss our 2 Labrador’s Hector & our puppy Belle. It is such a welcoming and lovely clean environment and I always leave reassured that our dogs have had the best care & attention, BIG thanks Didsbury Team you are great! 🐾

Lovely Practice , very friendly vets , I’ve managed to see the same vet 3/4 visits now which is great to have the continuity of seeing the same vet, I felt I was given good honest advice and was not made to feel I had to spend a fortune . Thankyou for treating George .

Couldn’t recommend this vet enough. Simon saved my puppy’s life. After the PDSA wanted to put him down Simon took him in, cared for him and got him back to good health. Him and the girls on reception were so friendly & helpful. They kept us updated on how Freddie was doing and you can really tell how much they all love the animals. Costs were also really good compared to what other vets would charge. I can’t thank Simon and his team enough for everything they have done for us.

My American bulldog has suffered with long term skin problems and Simon is the only vet who has found a solution that is affordable and effective. The whole team have also gone above and beyond to help me with a foster cat and newborn litter of kittens that were in need of extra care.

Really terrific and knowledgeable staff, relaxed atmosphere, and a comfortable experience with excellent care. I have been bringing my rescue cats here for years, and Simon helps me navigate their special needs so that they can have the best quality of life possible. Really appreciate everything the team does, they are dedicated and lovely to work with.

Vet Louise very professional & knowledgeable. Advice on causes & treatment of our dogs allergy was excellent, she is so caring of the animals in her charge, and listens to what we had to say. Receptionist/nurse very helpful on entry and when leaving - even had our Pet Insurance on our account ! Definately would recommend 👌

As regular visitors with our doggy, Daisy's condition, we have gotten to know the staff very well. They are always super friendly and give us the best advice possible. Albeit there has been a few instances and prices are high, I'm sure it's a shared experience amongst all vets. We probably just see a few more occurrences being regulars. However, cannot fault them and would definitely recommend them.

My poor cat had a really tricky paw injury. Hunts vets Poynton were really kind and did a great job despite a setback of Pickles own making. The staff were really lovely to my Mrs. who was upset. A member of staff even bought her flowers! 💐❤️🙏. Thank-you 😻

This in my opinion an outstanding practice. There is genuine desire to give a friendly and professional level of care for your pet. This is by far the best veterinary practice I've attended.

Genuinely lovely people. Have done an amazing job with my very poorly puppy, despite her biting everyone in the world! She's doing amazingly now. She thinks she's a total celebrity when we go to the vet.

Absolutely fab vet clinic, another big shoutout to Jenny the vet nurse, you really do put our dog at ease so thank you. Hugo gets loads of fuss whilst having his jab every 5 weeks. Thanks to the lovely staff here he’s like a whole new dog - 10 years young!

I called with a concern regarding my cat and was dealt with very empathically and was seen very quickly. The waiting room is lovely and split into dog and cat waiting with blankets to put over your cats carrier to help them feel safe. Vet was knowledgeable and efficient. Lovely reception staff. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Lovely staff and place.

Went in for our dog to have her injections and kennel cough. Normally she is a nightmare at the vets and constantly pulls away. The vet today was called Gareth, he was amazing with her, she was so relaxed around him that he had no trouble giving her the treatments, she just sat calmly in front of him as he did them

Staff were lovely, vet was kind and helpful, price was reasonable; can't ask for more. Best of all my poor cat who had fleas is on the mend, only a few days after taking the pill and cleansing the flat. Can't be happier!

I am so pleased with every part of service and care from Yew Tree Vets. Having only ever been in and out for immunisations in the past, i have just endured frequent visits over the past 9 weeks receiving treatment for an ocular tear with my dog Louie. Me and louie received excellent care and advice. They were also lenient and supportive when i was worried about deterioration finding me a same day appointment and were very empathetic. Had to call to confirm Casper’s prescription details today. As always nothing was too much trouble. Dealt with Chloe who went above and beyond to sort things out. The staff are all so compassionate and dedicated to our “boxer boys” Casper and Paddy. We could note ask for better care and support no matter how big or small the problem. A heartfelt thank you to all the team. Well done everyone.

After moving house and changing vets they found a heart murmur which needed immediate treatment. We were referred to Woodcroft for this, I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews on Google but I needn’t have been. Our appointment was with Zuzi and she explained everything in detail and took excellent care of teddy. She rang with updates and has stayed in touch to see how he is getting on. Excellent service and would recommend. Yes it’s very expensive but that’s the same across the board for most veterinary services.

Our dog spent 3 nights at Woodcroft recovering from surgery and acute pancreatitis. The staff here are wonderful. Everyone we spoke to both in person and over the phone was kind, empathetic and patient. The care our dog recieved was first class and we recieved regular communication about his condition, which was very reassuring during a stressful time. Thank you so much for you all your hard work.

I have had to bring two of my dogs here for specialist treatment and the care and compassion from everyone was amazing. Alex is doing a great job of looking after our dog Maisy. I know she has her best interests at heart and will help her as much as she can. It’s so reassuring when your pet is unwell that there are people who will go above and beyond to help them. Used for the first time in emergency, extremely knowledgeable vet, surgery and stitches extremely neat, dog recovered extremely well from anesthetic honestly can not fault anything, fantastic service
