Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Great service from the ladies in the office. Sarah, Rachel and Naz, couldn’t have been any nicer or efficient. They gave me a 2 hour window as I was travelling up from London and everything went swimmingly. The plumbers called before, arrived on time, fixed the boiler. Really nice guys but I didn’t catch their names. Would highly recommend this company, so used to getting ‘computer says no’ approach from others, but it was great to have the human touch.

Tony came out to my daughter's apartment after he'd already had a full day after a cold snowy weekend. He did the job that was requested (new wireless Thermostat) and eliminated the problem that was causing her boiler to cut out and did a temporary fix to prevent this happening and now awaiting a revisit. I would recommend Tony and A + R Boilers, reception staff pleasant to deal with every time we called.

Excellent service all around! I had a water tank fall off the wall creating multiple leaks. I called up and was put through to Tony. I sent a few pictures of the issue and Tony got back to me with a plan of action and a good quote. Tony sent Ali to complete the task. He was very polite, talked me through the job and did excellent work to a high standard. I would 100% recommend A+R central heating!

Initially contacted this company on recommendation from a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the service and standard of work - replacing 5 radiators and servicing the boiler. Dealt with the owner, Aaron, who was so helpful - arrived when he said he would, quoted and booked the work in swiftly when I gave him the job. Price brilliant too! Great communication, neat and clean job done very efficiently. Fitted a 3 in 1 boiling tap in the kitchen and brilliant research and imagination to get me a garden hose fitting on an indoor tap that saved me circa £200. These guys are amazing. Very highly recommend.

Came out to have a look at my leaking boiler within 24 hours of first contact, and when it was deemed my old boiler was past the point of saving (though they did try), I was able to have a new boiler fitted within a couple of days. Great work, very efficient, much better boiler, over and above service. Price was excellent on all fronts and generally a pleasure to deal with in a situation that is usually unwanted. These guys were great. Needed a new boiler urgently as the old one had completely blown and we have young kids in the house. They came out really quickly and bent over backwards and staying late to get a new one installed and working the next day. We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. The hob was fitted to a high standard, tested and they even cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend this organisation.
