Excellent, effective, efficient fitting of a garage defender lock. The locksmith also came up with a fix for the garage door's open and close mechanism, so now it works properly. Friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Brilliant response time to a ‘locked myself out’ distress call. Whilst I was extremely stressed (had to leave him to pick my dog up from the groomers) he stayed calm and working. All sorted via drilling old lock and fitting a new one, within an hour: perfect!

Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. Fantastic shop! I found them after my home had an attempted break-in. I looked up Ultion locks and Olympic Lock & Safeguards were my local authorised stockist. I found them to be very friendly and helpful, and they fully explained to me how to fit the new lock. Once back home, it took me less than 10 mins to do, thanks to their help and advice. Very good prices and super service. Shops as good as this are hard to find these days. Thanks so much for the superb service!
