Excellent, effective, efficient fitting of a garage defender lock. The locksmith also came up with a fix for the garage door's open and close mechanism, so now it works properly. Friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Jordan was brilliant, we rang him on a Sunday afternoon after accidentally locking ourselves out and he was round within 20 minutes and got us back inside almost immediately and also sorted us x 2 spare keys too. Brilliant response time to a ‘locked myself out’ distress call. Whilst I was extremely stressed (had to leave him to pick my dog up from the groomers) he stayed calm and working. All sorted via drilling old lock and fitting a new one, within an hour: perfect!

Andy delivered a prompt and efficient service on three occasions and fitted excellent quality locks. He also advised, supplied and fitted additional security items.

We have utilised this service on a number of occasions for jobs inside and outside the home. It’s always important to have someone you trust working inside your home especially where locks are concerned. Andy has always been prompt in responding to any requests made. He even turned out at very short notice to fit a new door mechanism to our daughters flat in Helmshore. He has fitted new and more secure locks to all the doors on the ground floor of our house. He has also removed and replaced old padlocks that had rusted on our garage. As a result of work carried out on our property he been asked to complete other tasks for neighbours. There no job too big or too small.

We had Andy from 999 out to fit Deadlocks on 2 of our vans . We had been let down twice before getting Andy recommended. He was very professional, very reliable and most importantly VERY reasonably priced. All in all flawless service. Just had Matt out as was locked out due to a broken lock. Very fast, was here in 20min, efficient and knowledgeable. Fitted a new lock at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend

Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

Matt came out the same day I called to replace a faulty lock on our door. He's extremely knowledgeable sharing useful tips with us to keep our locks well maintained.

Would highly recommend this company, Steve came out at short notice on a Sunday morning as I was trapped in my flat, the lock & mechanism had gone on my front door which wouldn’t open. He was polite, professional and explained what had broken & what & why it needed replacing.

Steve was absolutely brilliant it was an emergency call out, he was here very quickly and communicated really well to reassure me on the time he would arrive as I had my dog locked inside the house and I was quite anxious about that. Great guy, got in touch, explained my situation. He confidently said he would be able to help me when others i phoned sounded unsure. He was 40 minutes away. Turned up bang on time. Solved the problem and i drove away happy. Would definitely use again. Very reasonably priced compared to others around. Had a good laugh and joke while he was fixing the problem.

Amazing service. Called Mark with a emergency job around 9am and he was at my house less than 90 minutes later after doing another job and even gave an accurate ETA. Was efficient and clear as he was doing the fix. Let us know exactly what he was doing and why which was very helpful. Also a genuinely nice guy, wore shoe protectors without even asking and was very polite and friendly. Price was extremely reasonable especially considering it was an emergency weekend call and we had parts replaced. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and he will be first person I call if I enevr need work in the future.

Nick from Dr Lock, "Amazing Lock Repair" Nick did an amazing job, he changed my main lock as it had broken, he even managed to fix a key that was broken on my Yale lock (which I hadn’t used for years), he was very efficient in cutting a new key and restoring that additional lock, which adds that additional security to my house.
