Mike arrived on time and Made light work of solving an annoying problem with my patio doors. A nice guy and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend using his services.

I was having trouble with my front door. It was hard to open & close so I contacted Mike & he came round the next day. After alot of adjusting & tricks of the trade, it's sooo much better & is a pleasure to use it instead of risking a sprained wrist! Thanx Mike😊

Excellent communication - contacted Mike in the evening to ask if he could come and look at the door, as it wasn't locking. Mike offered some suggestions for us to try first, which was very helpful. After trying the suggestions, the door still wouldn't lock. Mike was straight out to us and gave us a price for fixing the problem (a price that he stuck by). Mike was on time, reliable and respectful of our property. I would definitely recommend to others.

Mike was great, quick response to google chat in under 10 mins, told me he’d need to come out to see the door before he could give a no obligation quote on work needed with no call out fee. Gave me a time he’d call in the morning to arrange coming down and stuck to it. Got here and informed me of the problem and gave a fair price. Job was done within an hour of getting here. Went above and beyond and tightened the frame and hinge screws and made the door and lock better than it was before it broke. Highly recommended. Great chap! 👍

Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

What a great guy Remi is. Needed a new ignition barrel, and this was all done and sorted within 1 day. The price was almost half what I had been quoted from other places. John rescued me! I'd lost my keys on a morning run, rang JM Locksmiths and explained the situation, asking him to "pencil" me in for 5pm in case i found the keys or located a spare. He quoted a reasonable price. When I couldn't find a spare, John arrived and although it took him longer to pick the lock than expected (apparently it was a really good dead lock) he honoured the quote. Delighted, and thoroughly recommend.

With a broken key embedded in the lock barrel of a French Door I called Elite. John promptly attended my call in under an hour, effortlessly addressing the issue. Had a uPVC side door which was locked shut, rang Elite365 Locksmiths for a non-emergency call out. Arrived within 30mins to investigate the problem, got the door open and demonstated that a new lock was required also recommended new handles as originals were clearly old, loose and worn (even I could see this!). Highly recommend!! The car key was in the ignition and had gotten locked in the car due to faulty electrics. I rang Paul, got a quote there and then and he was with us within 2 hours, job sorted. He responded to my WhatsApp message very quickly and kept in contact with me regarding the time of his arrival. The job was quickly sorted and no mess made to the car or lock. Far cheaper and quicker than AAs quote of a 3 day wait!

Excellent service 👌 Contacted Paul for two replacement fobs on my car and partners van on the Thursday . He come out on a Saturday which he doesn't normally do. Had the fobs made within 10/15 minutes. Also needed a spare key for my car as it didn't have one. This one was very tricky as the car had been broken into. Paul tried and tried but unfortunately the lock was to damaged and the barrel needed changing all together. Paul showed us what we needed, how to do this and even had a look at home if he had a replacement. Excellent service. Highly recommend 👌
