I needed my locks replaced immediately after some keys went missing, but i wasn't sure who to call. i contacted ardwick locksmith after doing some research, and they provided the most competitive price without taking any short cuts. the lock specialist came to my house near victoria baths in less than 30 minutes at 1:15pm, changed two locks, and gave me five extra keys for each. the service was excellent, and the job was finished in about an hour. strongly recommended for prompt, reasonably priced service!

Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. Fantastic Service from start to finish. I wanted to change my upvc back door locks so that instead of having to lift the lever to engage the locks it would always lock as I closed it behind me and would need a key to reopen it. Guardian were able to source and replace the whole locking bar system with a new one for me despite the door being about 30 years old. I am delighted with the result and the price I paid was very reasonable in my opinion. I'd recommend Guardian where you will get a warm, professional service and their knowledge means you get the right advice to solve your problem. I expected to have to buy a new door but this has saved me £££.

Mike was great, quick response to google chat in under 10 mins, told me he’d need to come out to see the door before he could give a no obligation quote on work needed with no call out fee. Gave me a time he’d call in the morning to arrange coming down and stuck to it. Got here and informed me of the problem and gave a fair price. Job was done within an hour of getting here. Went above and beyond and tightened the frame and hinge screws and made the door and lock better than it was before it broke. Highly recommended. Great chap! 👍

Excellent communication - contacted Mike in the evening to ask if he could come and look at the door, as it wasn't locking. Mike offered some suggestions for us to try first, which was very helpful. After trying the suggestions, the door still wouldn't lock. Mike was straight out to us and gave us a price for fixing the problem (a price that he stuck by). Mike was on time, reliable and respectful of our property. I would definitely recommend to others.

Had a uPVC side door which was locked shut, rang Elite365 Locksmiths for a non-emergency call out. Arrived within 30mins to investigate the problem, got the door open and demonstated that a new lock was required also recommended new handles as originals were clearly old, loose and worn (even I could see this!). Price offered was reasonable and well within the upper estimate that it could of been. Excellent workmanship on the replacement, took time to get the best results and talk me through it. Job completed 10/10, just shy of 2 hours from initial phone call. Would happily recommend.

Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! Absolutely amazing service. Rang up in the morning regarding my Honda Civic Type R as my spare key wasn’t functioning to the car. Chris was there within the hour and replaced the key and got it functioning again. Top service and would recommend to anyone. Very pleased 👍

Very impressed same day he fixed the front door explain and shown us what was wrong very professional and price was even better hopefully wont need to use him again but if I did he's number is saved in my phone
