I visited the shop today with a problem with a car key not working, I’d been to various other stores and non were able to help, the young gentleman was really helpful and noticed that the new batteries I had recently had put in were the wrong ones, so after weeks of setting my car alarm off every time I opened the door manually, it was fixed! And many thanks to the lovely and helpful assistant. Would definitely recommend and if I ever need anything else to do with keys and locks that will be where I’m going.

Went to keyfax after our old front door lock jammed. Was a Saturday morning and we were anxious to sort the door asap. Both chaps at the shop were extremely helpful, they had the new lock and mechanism we needed in stock thankfully. They offered us advice on fitting, they couldn't have been more obliging. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

Highly recommended. Fitted a new lock to a van and also the mechanism a few days later when we realised we couldn’t do it ourselves. Even put the door card back on which we’d have struggled with. Fair price and above and beyond service.

Took my transit with a problem on imobilizer theese guys needed to order the part as he had one in but not the right one I left van with them and it was fitted same day nothing to much trouble for theese guys wil recomend them to other friends I know thanks guys for the fast turn round and help you gave me 5 star service

Staff great had a battery replaced in my watch somehow after the hands didn't line up correctly took it back and the staff were very friendly and just lined them back up.

Chris was excellent. Painstakingly repaired a pair of R&B espadrilles by taking all the rope off down to the cork, they look better than they did when new. Oh & he fitted 3 lifetime watch batteries! Chris is a super star....🌟

Timpson is a national chain, you know you'll get good service , and if keys don't work they will redo them, just keep your receipt. I gave 4 stars as they are expensive compared to other independent stores , £9 for a standard key or 2 for £15.
